Lately I've been wondering if I have some empathic abilities, so this week I bring on my good friend and Naked Man composer Robert Panico (@robpanico) to discuss his life as an empath-- someone with an innate sense for the emotional state of others. Rob and I bond over our shared issues: negative thought loops, negative energy, "mind reading" our friends and partners and the noxious roommate that lives in our head that we can't evict.
