In this episode Greg and Adam discuss the Good Living with Arthritis Denmark commonly referred to as the GLAD program. They talk about the benefits but also the issues they see with the GLA:D program and why it may have some limitation in trying to achieve what it wants to achieve in the general population. Greg also discusses his own FREE version of GLAD which he calls OA Optimism but may be re-naming it to LSD soon. Listen on to find out why.
