Before I jump in, I, I just hope you are all enjoying this new mode of delivery we have here on the Growthcast. You know, Tyler, myself and Jackson, we all work with the Multifamily Mindset, and yes, we, we help people acquire multifamily. But most importantly, we are a mindset first company and we, we do more than teach real estate and all the real estate ins and outs.
As far as the Multfamily world goes. We are more importantly a personal development company. And more than anything, we wanna weaponize people with the right principles and strategies for conquering their self. And hence, this is hence the way we've designed this collaborative podcast. So again, I just, I hope you're all enjoying this new mode of delivery.
It really encompasses everything we are as a whole. And with all that being said, let's jump into today's drip, which I've, again, I've titled Simple Daily Disciplines. What's the difference between the successful and the unsuccessful? This is a question that many of us ponder who are working towards achieving something great in our life, right?
And sometimes the thought is, you know, or the questions that come about are, is it natural ability? Is it lucky breaks? Is it finding. Market or, you know, being in the right time at the ri at the right place. The answer to all of those is no, no, no, and no. The, the more important contributing factor or highest contributing factors for the successful is their ability to consistently, stack small wind.
You know, those who listen to the growth cast, know how much of an advocate I am for the idea or the principle of little by little, a little becomes a lot today as a reminder that it's the simple things that add up most. It's the simple things that will cripple or amplify you and crippler amplify your goals.
You know, successful people do the small, simple things that many people over. Or many people undermine the unsuccessful, they undermine these simple things. They, or they just look at these simple daily disciplines and they, they stay stuck in thinking about them, you know, and making plans simple, productive.
Actions repeated over and over again. That is what makes the successful, successful. Compounding small wins is what adds up. It's not the big dramatic heroic wins that amplify you and your goals and your dreams. It's the stuff that isn't sexy. It's that stuff that adds up the most. The big, dramatic, heroic stuff is a byproduct of the biggest driver, which is the simple daily executed actions.
The small stuff, not everybody notices the pages read. Not everybody notices the early morning workouts. Not everybody notices the journaling morning and night, the rehearsals, the early morning runs, the practice pitches in front of your mirror. The scripts written and rewritten and rewritten.
Sometimes nobody notices those things, but that doesn't. I'll repeat that. That does not matter. These small wins are the difference maker. My invitation for you today is to figure out what those small daily wins need to be for you. What those small daily disciplines need to be for you in order to shrink the gap between where you are currently at and where your goal is.
I wanna reiterate, these things do not need to be dramatic or heroic. They can and. Simply be simple. Again, what daily disciplines do you need to implement in order to be better in, in order to better lead yourself to tremendous amounts of progress? Don't complicate the process of growth. My friends simplify it by a by being disciplined in the consistency.
Small and simple. Have a great day guys. Thanks for joining us together in the process of growth and achievement every single day here on the Growthcast. And we will see you guys all back here again tomorrow.
