Hey, what's going on everybody? Good morning. My name is Dallas Pruitt, and this is the Daily Drip here on the Growthcast presented to you by the Multifamily Mindset. Two things that we pay a lot of lip service to but really struggle with in practice are gratitude and forgiveness. These two things are simple.

Not easy, much like most of what we address regularly here on the Growthcast. Many of you have joined us for a challenge this month. This particular challenge revolved around g.  in this challenge. Many of you, I'm sure, reflected on family, on friends, on health. These are all things that come to the forefront rather easily, and they are all well and good.

But with today's Drip, I'd like to turn the focus over to some things that are part of this world and this life. Very hard, right? The obstacles, the frustrations, the stresses and difficulties, the missed flights, the people who wronged you, the people who have you all wrong? The dilemmas, the difficult days.

Many ask really? That too. I should be grateful for that too. For tho all of those things and without even skipping so much as a beat, I'd say absolutely. In fact, I'd go as far to. Especially those difficulties today is a reminder that everything that happens in your life can be turned into something useful.

No one would ever choose for those things to go wrong, but guess what they inevitably do? Now when they do the question, the better questions should become, how am I going to think about them? How do I frame this specific situ? Are you going to think about what you don't like? Are you going to think about what you fear?

Are you gonna think about what you hate, what you resent? Or are you going to find the good what you can use? Are you really going to focus on gratitude and empower yourself and the situation? Going back to the same go-tos like family, friends, and health look, that can become an empty. Practice one where you really feel like you are just going through the motions and most of us have been there.

It can feel almost pointless. It can feel very repetitive. It is moving forward. Try to find ways to express gratitude, not for the things that are easy to be grateful for, but for what is hard gratitude for that accident a number of years back. That left you with ongoing. Pain to this day. Gratitude for that problematic patient or that problematic student, or that problematic client.

Gratitude for the challenges of this current day and age. Gratitude for the sudden change in plans. Look, because each of one of these things that I just listed was an opportunity. That's why we choose gratitude, because you learn. Whatever it was because it reminded you of what was actually important because it's allowed you to see how blessed you are because you are a better person for it.

Remember guys, every situation you face gives you the option to build better and move forward stronger, or to tear yourself down even further and move in the wrong direction. That's the power of gratitude. It's the starter, it's the driver, it's the everything for continual progress. Gratitude is and has to be part of the foundation.

Gratitude is a must in all times and in all places, and in all situations. Choose gratitude. Have a great day, everyone, and we'll see you guys back here again on the Drip tomorrow.
