Hey, what up everyone? My name is Dallas Pruitt and welcome to the daily drip. What I wanted to do today is share a thought with you. All that came across my desk the other day, it was a thought from James clear, who was the author and writer of the book, "Atomic Habits". One of my favorite. Here it is...

He said the hard way is rarely harder in terms of daily effort, but it is often harder psychologically today, as a reminder for everybody that the mental battle really is the toughest battle you will ever face. And if you're going to win at achieving your goals at becoming the best version of you in building your business, achieving whatever it is you've set out to accomplish, you must continuously lay effort.

To the things that will help you win this primary battle. Again, the mental battle, if you're going to succeed in doing hard things and you can, you must follow through with certain requirements and in order to win the battles ahead, you must win the mental battle again. So how do you do it? That really is the better question.

Part of the answer looks like. All of the following winning the mental battle requires that you think long term, that means you must begin today with the end in mind. And again, start every single day. Moving forward with that end goal in mind, bringing it back into focus and K focus and keeping perspective.

It's a long-term game. It also requires you to remove limiting beliefs of yourself. Things. Keep you from making progress, things that provide you with more scarcity instead of abundance, it requires you to avoid the lure of status or the approval of others. It also requires that you trust in the small things and the fact that these things will lead to big things.

So again, today is a reminder that like James Clear said, "The hard way is rarely harder in terms of daily effort, but it is often harder, psychological". The invite is to increase your mental fortitude. You do this by way of thinking long term, working to remove limiting beliefs, avoiding the lure of status and approval and trusting that little things will lead two big things.

Focus on winning the mental battle. This is how you set yourself up for success in all other battles you face have a great day. Everybody. We'll see you guys back here again tomorrow.
