Hey, what's going on everybody? Welcome to the Daily Drip here on the Growthcast. My name is Dallas Pruit and I've titled today's episode, Don't Get Distracted. Here's a small list of real things people worry about on a regular basis, getting the latest and dopest pair of shoes, what Jane from Work said about them, their title.

Or the week's biggest trend on social media. The hottest new music piece to lay over a reel. Now here's a short list of real things that actually matter. Do you treat the ones you love with quality, time, and attention? Did you get enough rest last night? Do you have a vision for your life and meaningful goals that you are working toward?

Have you done some physical exercise today? Look, these lists are short, but the point with these lists today is that it's easy to fall into the trap of giving too much focus to things that do not matter. Today's a reminder to not allow yourself to get distracted. Make your own list what trivial things are grabbing your attention and causing you to drift further from joy, happiness, success, and fulfillment.

And on the flip side, what really matters and how are you doing in those area? Today's invite is to stop paying attention to the distractions, to the media, to the trends, to the pop culture, to the cool crowd. Look, quit allowing yourself to get distracted. There is a lot out there that does not matter. The short list of things that actually do start giving those things more of your focus, more of your time, and more of your a.
