Be Careful With Your Focus

Hey, what's going on everybody? My name is Dallas Pruitt and welcome to the Daily Drip. Here on the Growthcast , time and energy are limited. It's true. You only have so much time and you only have so much energy in a day. When it's gone. No matter how hard of. Focus or emphasis you put on the dwindling time clock or the, that gas tank that's emptying, it's not gonna change it.

In fact, too much emphasis on the limitations of the time clock and or this gas tank can actually become very problematic. Something that doesn't become problematic or something that doesn't impede progress. In fact, it actually amplifies it is focusing on the process. Again, that's why we're here.

Today's invite is to trade your focus on that depleting time clock for focus on the process. How does this look? It looks like studying and learning from those around you, from your teammates, from your life and business partners. It looks like learning about yourself. Learning and adapting. Not allowing yourself to get stuck in a fixed mentality, but adopting the mentality or rather adopting the mentality and matched approach of you are never too good to not get better.

It looks like increasing your level of self-awareness overall, and that really is the most important point here. Point here. Self-awareness is a critical part of being able to focus more on the process and eventually, Falling in love with that same process. If you wanna do this, you must keep. Learning how to better and better assess yourself.

Honestly, your mentality is as responsible for your success today as anything else. The only real momentum you have in your life is what you learn about what produced your successes up until this point, and what created the adversity. You faced. So today's invite is to keep learning more and more about yourself.

Learning is crucial. Become the best learner you can become and you will succeed. Lean into the process and keep falling more in love with it every day. Because high levels of growth come from high levels of learning and higher levels of learning come from your ability to become more. Self aware. Keep up the great work everybody.
