Good morning, everyone. And welcome to The Daily Drip here on The Growthcast. The most important battles in life actually happen daily. They're not somewhere way off, out in the distant future. Some big confrontation that's building up, right? They're actually happening every single day.

The more most important battles in your life must be fought anew every single day. Take exercising. That's a great example. Today's workout does not render tomorrow's workout unnecessary, right? If you truly want to run that marathon or get in shape, climb that mountain, some of that peak run that race hit that PR get a six pack, whatever it is that your aim is right with your physical body, you must wake up, ready to battle anew the day at hand, every single day relationships.

Think about it, supporting your spouse and your kids today does not mean that you can take tomorrow off. How many of us are quick to adopt a, I deserve a break type of mentality. When things get tough, we justify less effort or worse in action due to the fact that we did what we said we care about and did a good job.

Speaking this out loud, it makes it sound even more absurd, but it's eye-opening if you think about it, how often this type of mentality, plagues. Many of us, I did well today. So I'm going to reward myself with not doing well tomorrow. That's literally what we're telling ourselves today's invite is to increase your level of consciousness and do better.

Get out. Completely out of this air ridden way of thinking today's invite is to learn, to love the endless nature of things. Progress. It is endless in nature. When we fall in love with the endless nature of progress, here's the thing. Life gets easier. It gets better. We get better. Things get better. They get better... and better... and better.

Next time you fall victim to the idea that you deserve a break tomorrow because you did good today. Your job is simple. Catch yourself and course correct. Remember... tell yourself the endless nature of progress is something to be embraced. Something to be celebrated, not to run away. Have a great day.

Everybody hopefully able to grab something of value today, this beautiful Wednesday here on the daily drip. And we'll see you guys back here again.
