5 Partnership Musts

 Hey, what's going on everybody? My name is Dallas Pruit and welcome to the Daily Drip here on the Growthcast. In light of Peak partnership in Orlando this week, what I wanted to do is take some time today and mention some musts or non-negotiables, if you will, when it comes to partnership. Now, this could be partnership in business, partnership in life one and of the same here, one.

is that you must have self-respect. So, when looking to your partners, do they demand the best for themselves? And in that same light, do they demand the best from you? Another must or non-negotiable is self-awareness. Are they aware of their triggers? Are they aware of their emotions? And are they working to find their blind spots and humble enough to admit when they are wrong or when they have made a mistake?

A third is a willingness to grow. Are they willing to learn from mistakes? Are they striving to learn from their mistakes and their successes? Have they shown the capacity to change? And are they willing to move forward with a heart and a mind focused on change for the better? Four is they are. Are not overly critical or judgmental, or, in other words, they know the right way to fight.

Meaning, can they deal with conflict in a non-judgmental way? Can they deal with conflict without placing blame or pointing a finger? Once again, can they admit when they are wrong? And then fifth, accountability. Do they take responsibility for their actions and their emotions? These five things aren't things to look for.

Only in your potential partners. These are things to live by as a person looking to become a great partner in life and business. Look, this list isn't everything, but it's a great start of a list of non-negotiables to use as a standard in becoming a better partner and again, cultivating stronger.
