Blood Orange Gin Sour by: Mr. Consistent 

What you need: 

• Mr. Consistent Sours Mixer 
• Blood Orange Tea Bags  
• San Pellegrino Red Bitters  
• White Sugar 
• Gin

  Method: 1. Blood Orange Gin: 

• Place 4 x Blood Orange Tea Bags  
• 500ml gin into a mason jar 
• Shake and set aside  

2. Create:  

• 75ml Mr. Consistent Sours Mixer 
• 15ml San Pellegrino red bitters - Global  
• 45m Blood Orange Gin 
• ½ - 1 tsp of white sugar *depending on your sweetness preference*  

3. Serve: 

• Add ice & shake  
• Double strain into your cocktail glass  
• Garnish with Mr. Consistent Dried Orange
