Matt Srama is an Australian former professional rugby league footballer who played for the Gold Coast Titans in the National Rugby League up until the age of 26. Unfortunately the talented football star was forced to hang up his boots at a young age due to a knee injury. Although many professional athletes make their money throughout their quick careers, Matt prides himself on the fact that his injury pushed him into a different direction and one that would change his life! After the quick football retirement, Matt took to the world of real estate and property investing. Throughout Matt's initial endeavour throughout real estate and property investing, he found many frustrations within the industry and little to no professional guidance whatsoever. This is where Matt then decided that he was going to bridge the gap for young buyers and investors in the industry of the unknown and where Srama Group was born! With this also came the decision to create a podcast hosted by Matt called the Property Prequel. The Property Prequel invites like minded individuals from the real estate and property industry to share their experiences and knowledge around the subject and expand the understanding for those looking to buy, sell, market their properties and much more!
