We start off with Master P, leader of the No Limit Soldiers, and writer of I Got the Hook Up. The boys go to the strip club corner. Mark talks about cell phone tech, and we find out who Lil Bow Wow's dad is.
Synopsis from IMDB: Two small-time scam artists, Black and Blue, sell boomboxes and broken TVs from their van in a parking lot. When a shipment of cellular phones comes to them by mistake, they soon find themselves targeted by the FBI and gangsters.
