Mark continues to hold a full-time position as a Senior Director in the Project Delivery Group/Chemical Engineer, overseeing the execution of engineering, procurement, and construction projects in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer.
He operates a separate (Fix & Flip) real estate investment firm: Langdon Properties LLC, which is focused on acquiring distressed properties, their renovation, and subsequent resale.
Mark serves as a General Partner (GP) and Key Principal (KP), managing multi-family apartment properties in the Southeast and Midwest regions. Additionally, Mark is a loan sponsor who employs agency debt loans (Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae) for his multi-family/rental portfolio, which has reached a peak of 742 units over the last four years.
