Episode description

Last week I sent a challenge to the Mary Queen Community to stretch and challenge themselves during Lent. Lent is a time that the Church sets apart in order for each Catholic to get closer to God in anticipation of the Easter Season. Throughout this podcast, I discuss the benefits of a self imposed challenges. They actually have a curative property. When we stretch ourselves in order rid ourselves of a vice, or in order to build new habits and virtues we actually become more free and closer to the person the God is calling us to be.
