Seasonal Waiter: Best of both worlds. Most areas have a high season and low season and unless you are in a town like Las Vegas or a place like Disney, where it is always busy. The seasonal restaurant waiter takes advantage of peak activity in two different towns. For example, a restaurant located in a tourist destination may hire seasonal waiters during the summer months when there is an influx of visitors.
