Episode description

In today's episode, I'll be sharing hints and tips for hosting an authentic British tea party that your guests will remember for a long time to come!

Here is the clotted cream recipe mentioned in the episode.

Here are the cookie cutters mentioned in the episode.

And here is Nanny Beryl's scone recipe:

225g all-purpose flour

4tsps baking powder

55g butter

30g white sugar

A handful of sultanas (optional)

115g sour cream

Sift together the flour and baking powder, then rub in the butter. Stir in the sugar, sultanas and sour cream. On a floured surface, use your hands to pat the dough down to 1 inch thickness then cut out with a circular cookie cutter.

Bake for around 15 minutes at 425 degrees, until they're lightly golden.
