We're on Facebook Live right cool one O five to five Facebook page. Come join us for the show behind this show. You see what happens here in the studio. You know. We just sent our friends Darryl and Lorie in town. Yeah,
and they stayed with us. Their son is playing for FAU Baseball baseball, yeah, and so he's just getting started there and so they were here getting him all settled and everything. So they spent the night with us on Sunday night and Monday night night. Yeah, and I feel
like we failed as hosts. Oh no, yeah, Well we didn't have to tell them that our house was going to be in a little disarray because yes, yeah, we had California closets came in yesterday and we said, so you kind of got to be out of that room. You can stay Sunday night and Monday night, but Tuesday morning you have to get out. Well, they didn't need to get out of the house, They just had to get out of the guests get out of the room. Yeah,
so that was one thing. And we said, and there's gonna be some stuff, you know, around, because we had to get stuff out of the closets. Anyway, they knew that. Uh. And then I noticed that when they came on Sunday, they brought their own creamer for coffee. Yeah, and is that unusual. No, she she's dairy free. She's dairy free, and I guess, but they noticed that we didn't have any didn't have any creamer, so but they made sure
to bring creamer for her. But then when when you know, when we got up yesterday or I'm sorry, Monday morning, I said, do you want some coffee? And I looked in the uh. I mean, we had coffee, coffee, but we had no creamer now mm hm, and so we had to use all of her creamer. Oh, so then you ended up using her creamer too, because y'all ain't have none. Yeah. Oh. Instead of doing y'all old grocery, y'all going to do the groceries for visitors, we forgot
to buy creamer at Doris for the coffee. So we're all like, Sunday night, hey, if you want off he Monday morning, we you know, we got it. I put it all out there, no creamer, so we had to use all of her creamer. But then he asked me on Monday, he was like, hey, can worry borrow your ironing board and iron and it was like a deer in the headlights. I was like, I don't I haven't
seen an ironing board in three years. I mean, I know we used to have the ironing board in the garage, but I said, I don't think we have an ironing board anymore. And I went to the garage. Wasn't there. I knew it wasn't in a closet. Did y'all at least have the iron? We do did have the iron. He was like, what about your steamer? Can we just use a steamer? And I'm like, well that doesn't work. And I said, I think I know where the iron is.
I'm pretty sure the iron works. So you just have to iron whatever you want on the you know counter. So we don't do it. Yeah, we did fail. Yeah, we don't have the moral of the story is don't come stay with us. You will be disappointed. And if you do, just bring a lot of your own stuff. Yeah, to bring your own iron board, dryer, it's b y O, I b bring your own ironing board. I mean, do you have an ironing board? Yeah? I thought that was standard. I think we donated ours because we weren't using it
and so we just too much room. Yeah, we don't have room for an ironing board. I wonder if you're friends though, all just some wrinkle people looking at all? Okay, they probably did judge us. They just wear wrinkled clothes all the time, yeah, pretty much. Do they buy wrinkle free clothes? Do they even wash their clothes? I mean, is is that a standard thing? The ironing board? I mean you have one? Where do you put yours? In
the closet? We don't have. It doesn't take up that much room, y'all, like like it take up a desk, not a room. I know, but the ironing board is not ours. Was not attractive. I'm not putting that in our new California closets. No way. You know, ironing get a mini one. You're just one of those little ones that you can set on it something. Do we really need it though? I mean not really. I don't know. I haven't seen it in like three years. Is that okay?
Anyone listening not have an ironing board? Is that? Is that unusual not to have an ironing board? I don't think we do. I think my mom would be so disappointed in me. She
