In this podcast episode, we talk to Akshata Nagesh (Program Lead, Global Delivery Transformation at Kyndryl) With Aks we discuss the benefits of practicing mindfulness in managing emotions to experience exuberant enjoyment of life.  She shares her personal experiences of being short-tempered in the past and how mindfulness helped her become aware of her emotions and gradually learn to control them. She also emphasizes the importance of being kind to oneself and not beating oneself up for past mistakes. Through mindfulness, she has learned to live in the moment, appreciate what she has, and respond to life in a more positive way. In other words: practicing mindfulness has many benefits and can help individuals become better versions of themselves and most importantly it helps to have a real  joie de vivre, to experience life fully.
