Today we talk to Raymond, a program lead for projects and engagements in the Kyndryl Global Sustainability Team.
Raymond Du Toit shares that he sees mindfulness as taking a step back, resetting purpose, and appreciating nature and the natural resources we rely on and take for granted. He believes that mindfulness can help recreate the connection that is missing with nature, like waking up early and just listening to birds singing, and hugging trees are some of the ways he does this. Raymond thinks that the connection between mindfulness and nature comes in creating peace of mind and awareness of the world around us. Awareness leads to meaningful action.
