Baby, I’ve had my share of low paying jobs in my adult life that’s why I don’t want you to follow in that same path. Ive been highly qualified, experienced and educated, but still lacked in the pay department due to not negotiating my salary from the get go.
As a black woman, I’m one of the lowest paid classes of women in the workplace next to Hispanic and Latinx women. Because of this significant wage gap, I wanna give y’all 5 steps to negotiate your pay so your not years and years behind the the cost of living in the future!
