Hello again Mindful Surfers. This week we are editorless for a raw and uncut show.  We discuss this week’s thumping session in Cornwall exploring all the learnings and joy that it brought.

We cover silk sheet moments, expensive kit, the surf and sun gods lining up in harmony, magazine surfing, grovelers vs shortboards and board choice tyranny, why it isn’t bad to admit being a beginner at any stage and how with self-honesty comes improvement in all aspects of life. We are also asking the question – ‘what even is mindfulness?’
