Welcome back Mindful Surfers. This week we are chatting, good vibes at wave pools, summer crowds, queues, snaking, happiness, fixed states, control, fear and how good vibrations attract waves. We look at Eckhart Tolle, serotonin, over consumption of 24/7 news cycles and whether the happiest people are those who escape the addiction of wall to wall bulletins. Especially if they get out and get in the Ocean.
We are attempting to take our own advice to take breaks from the mind numbing effects of social media and building on the many reasons to be cheerful rather than fearful.
Liam drops in on Will, there is more breathwork in the mindful surfer segment and Will opens a whole new line on the ‘potty mouth bingo’ card.
