Episode description

Have you ever noticed that sometimes we remember the same event in different ways? Have you ever noticed that at one time you remember something one way and later you seem to recall something different? This is just how our memories work. They are not like an instant replay in sports, they are much more fluid than that and therefore a bit more fallible. Recognizing this can feel make things feel very uncertain but it also can give us the freedom to let others recount past events differently and have confidence in ourselves that we don't need to prove our recollection is correct, we simply accept that memories are different and can be influenced by so many things. It may make it feel a bit uncomfortable at first but it also opens so many opportunities for curiosity.
