How often do you hear others say or hear yourself say: "I don't get paid enough"? It's a pretty common sentiment with the way we compare our wages to others’ wages and the way that we generally view how we are paid. When we think we are paid for our time, it's pretty easy to believe we don't get paid enough but would you think the same thing if you thought you were paid for the value you added or the result you created?
