There are so many things that we do at work, for a break, for down time, for distraction, or to just feel busy. But when we do those things we are not always accomplishing the things that need to be completed. These play work tasks still exhaust us and they still take time but they don't accomplish the things that we need to get done. When we can switch in to play to provide an energetic boost and result work to get things done, magic can happen.
