Hello, hello, welcome back to another episode of the myths mindset podcast. Let me let me just set the scene for you at the moment. If you if today's episode is quite a quick and sharp one, here's why. So currently I'm in Serbia, I'm in my hotel room at the moment, and Paul's downstairs having his brekkie. We just had a quick brekkie and coffee. And it's been such an it's been so fun every morning just seeing what we're going to get. I'm lactose, I'm fairly sure I'm lactose
intolerant. And so I try really, really hard everyone. I'm lactose intolerant, but also eating a lot of gelato. So go figure, but also I just don't like milk. I'd hate milk in my coffee. And I've been saying every morning to whoever will listen, do you have like lactose free dairy free soy milk, whatever. And it's always so interesting what you're gonna get. It's happened quite a few times today, they brought out like this iced coffee that was
just loaded with cream. And they understood, so they brought me soy milk coffee, loaded with cream. And I was like, Is it okay, if I have one with no cream. And so they took it away, took it away, come out, and then it was loaded with ice cream. So I've had my iced coffee with ice cream. And the reason this might be short and sharp and sweet is because I might need to run off,
if you know what I mean. So No, but seriously, I'm actually I'm really excited to get into this episode, because it's something that I've been sitting with for a while and it's just been like ruminating as I'm writing I've, I've had so many ideas. And it's like, I feel like I could pretty much do a podcast a day at this rate because my brain is going crazy with all of this inspiration and time to think and space on the path just to ruminate on ideas and to share
them. And this one's really landed a lot in the last few days. And so I'm really excited to share it. Because it's it's been this lesson that I've learned time and time and time and time and time again, in my life and in my business is and you'll see in the title, it's like this always on to the next thing always on to the next thing. Next goal. Next goal next
goal. And like, I've always been a very ambitious sort of focused, future focused person, I'm always thinking of new ideas, I'm always excited about the next thing that's being created, or the next destination or what I'm going to do you know, then and then and then and the biggest lesson and the biggest internal inner shift and and relief that came from that has been to stop doing that and to find the balance between always looking and getting excited about the future and the
goals that I'm heading towards, but also feeling this deep, deep peace with where I'm currently at and just allowing a little bit of a dance between the two. And I work with so many women who can resonate with this and
and it's come up a lot. I remember one lady and when she joined level up this was a couple rounds ago she was just sort of like, I always hit my goals like I always get there but then when I get there, I'm never satisfied and that's been something that's resonated with so many people that I've spoken to and worked with it's like always, always on to the next but never actually satisfied when you get there and never actually think like never sitting and going this is it.
I've done it I've achieved it. This is amazing. I'm proud it's more like next next next next next so I want to talk about that. Just before I do get into today's episode I want to also announce this is the first time I've ever done this publicly.
I've never done this publicly before it's always been something that's just been personal and that I've kept just between me and somebody else but what I do every single round every round of level up it's it sort of happened really organically the first couple times where there was one or two people who were going to join wanted to join was so excited and then you know something happened I had one situation where there was a beautiful such a legend Suraj legend love love
you so much if you're listening you probably know who you are yeah it was about to join had saved her tax for tax return dollars. So excited and then a medical bill came up for her child and as a you know, legend doing the single mum thing and and all of that the money wasn't there anymore. And so I've always given a scholarship when and if somebody is really a need and I can see that there is a dedication to doing the work like actual doing the work and so I've always given a
scholarship every round. And that's not anything that I've ever really advertised. But this round, we're actually we've made the decision to give away. Manse is going to be laughing if you're editing this at the moment mans is going to be
shaking your head at me. We've decided to give away one scholarship one I have a tendency to over give and that may or may not happen to give away a scholarship this round to one or two people Who really it's gonna, it is going to come down to a random selection this time, and I'm leaving it in the hands of the universe. But basically there is a scholarship open. For this round of level up, which opens by the time this comes out, it opens in less than two weeks, which I'm so excited
about. There is so much energy and new momentum and inspiration that's coming up in my brain and so much new stuff I want to
share. And amazing new guest presenters who are coming into this round of level up, there's a few more in person elements, like there's just so much going on, I'm so pumped for this round, and it's opening soon, but for the next week and week and a bit, the scholarship is open, all you need to do to enter if you are ready to really commit to yourself and to do the work and you really want to do this and you know that now is your time, go to the link in the show notes or you can go to my
Instagram, the bio has got a little link where you can fill out your scholarship form. And then you will go into the entry twice if you actually share on your stories. Anything I would prefer to see you in your element like living show me you in your happy place, show me you in your joy, show me you in your what makes you feel alive and use the hashtag lol L u L ready lol ready. And then your name goes in the entrance twice to enter the scholarship to come in to level up your life for free.
So that's my housekeeping for today's episode, what I want to talk about is and you're going to hear, I'm going to just sort of share it through a story that really reinforced this for me on the last two months, as I've been cycling throughout Europe, there's hear the story and you'll understand where I'm going and what I'm getting at
with how it can be so easy. It can be so easy in this trip and in business and in life, especially if you can resonate with being somebody who is always like looking in the future and always setting goals and always excited about this new destination and then this new destination and then this new goal and this new, whatever it is if it's business, it's
like I want to do this. And then once that's done, it's like I want to do another course or I want I don't know I've heard it in all sorts of like money goals or followers goals. And it's like next thing next thing next thing next thing and it's awesome. It's really cool because as I always say humans are always for expansion. This is a Bob Proctor in my head once again. He's just yeah, in my head right now. Which is a whole
nother story. I need to talk about that in another episode because I've been getting the weirdest things happen where Bob is actually talking to me. I feel like I'm channelling sometimes weird anyway. He just Yeah, always for expansion and evolution, we are always for expansion and growth. And if we are not growing, we are
disintegrating as nature. If you look, it's either growth or disintegrate growth or not, whenever just staying still it's grow or decay, or, you know, in that cycle of birth and evolution. We're always moving. So we're always heading towards something, right. And that's fantastic. That's great. That gives us a purpose, that gives us a drive that gives us something to wake up for. Fucking amazing, right. And for a lot of the people that are
listening to this. I mean, it goes without saying if you're listening to this, you're probably working on yourself, right? Even that in itself is a growth and evolution, you're you're looking at your future self or the life you want to create. And maybe you're a business person, and you've got business goals, or maybe whatever goal it is, you're you're working on yourself, you're somewhere in the future, you're looking in the future.
You're an ambitious person, you're somebody who's driven, you're somebody who's maybe self motivated. And that's so good that this is not about it being a bad thing. It's a fucking phenomenon. It's about how do we marry that, with making sure that we're never missing out on the current moment, we're not missing out on what's right in
front of us. And that we can, we're not robbing ourselves of the opportunity for celebration of the opportunity for being like, Fuck, I'm so proud of myself and look at all this fucking amazing stuff right in front of me that I've created. And we're not robbing ourselves of feeling grounded and present. Because when we don't, when we don't ground ourselves, we always feel rushed. And we're never satisfied and nothing's ever good enough. And all of this elusive satisfaction lies
somewhere in the future. But that will never come that will never come if we're always making our satisfaction, our happiness, our old feel successful when I'll feel happy when I'll be satisfied when if we keep living with that false, that I'll be happy when it never arrives. And so how this has come up again and again on this trip, for me is so what Paul and
I have been doing. And for those of you who have maybe just joined in on this podcast or haven't followed our last few months, we are cycling across Europe. On our bikes, we just packed our bikes into boxes and we're cycling across Europe and we've had a rough plan, like a rough route. And it's been really exciting because we've always gotten Like the next country in mind, or the next city or the next destination. And we knew when we started that we were in Amsterdam, we flew
into Amsterdam. And we knew we had roughly three months to get to Greece. And we had a rough plan of where we wanted to go. But we that was the destination, like the end goal is, is great, so that we can fly back home. And we've had a one particular bike path that we've been following the whole way. And there's all these dotted new
cities and dotted new places. So every morning, we've got a goal in mind where like, or today, we get to go to Vienna, or oh my god, tomorrow, we're going to holeshot or Santorini, or whatever it is, there's always this new thing that's like, so exciting to get to, we've always got a destination in mind. And what we've been doing, because so much happens, like the last few, I feel like I've lived a million lives in the last few weeks months, because so much
happens. Like you can wake up and have breakfast in Germany, lunch in Switzerland, and then go back to Germany for dinner. And that's happened many nights. So we've got all these different cultures, all these new people were meeting all these new experiences. And because we don't want to forget anything, and we don't want it just to be like lost somewhere. Like we forget, every night when we sit down to have dinner, we write a
couple notes in my phone. And we just write the most memorable things that like have made us laugh or taught or something or a shitty moment or like just things that we really want to remember. So every night we sit down and we write these things.
And what's been so interesting is when we look back over the notes, and we look back over the light things that have stood out to us, it's never It is never the art we got to the place we got to the destination like we've never written in our notes are we got to go see that fortress in Serbia. How cool was that fortress. Like, that's never been the thing that we actually remember. And the thing that makes us laugh after. And I guess this is just a whole metaphor for like, as cliche as
it sounds. It's not about the destination. It's really not and I can or have in the past been very guilty of being that person. It's like, okay, we got to this destination. Now we need to get to the next one. Now we need to get to the next one. Now we need to get to the next one. And this trip has just reinforced that like the destination isn't even it like we've been to Vienna we've done all the main cities, we've gotten to the next country we've
done that. And every time when we sit down to look at the notes and to look at what's led us up or to look at what's been funny or memorable. It's these weird, wonderful unexpected often shit, to be honest, often Shetty moments in between. It's the moments in between. It's the journey. It's the it's honestly, like I said sometimes the shitty experiences that when we're having a drink or you know having a beer at night and we're reflecting we're like, oh, that
was so shit. Like, yesterday, for example, we finally and this is after a hard day, like a pretty hard day. Some days we're doing 110 120 Ks, it's fucking hot. It's the European summer. We're getting lost. It's dirty, gravelly pass, Sandy pass. My chafe is like not having a fun time. My quads are a bit cooked. Like there's been so many shitty times where we rock up somewhere and we're like, We're fucking lost. We don't know where we are. We just want to shower. And then all this crazy stuff will
happen. Like, you know, we've had injuries or we've had yesterday we rocked up to Serbia. And like we're so excited to be in Serbia because it's the first country that's not in the EU, which was an experience in itself. Like getting across the border, barbed wire everywhere, not a lot of English. And we wanted a really authentic experience. We wanted to meet the people see how they live see the culture.
So we booked a Airbnb. We booked an Airbnb that we thought would be really authentic, which it was it totally was. But we propped up and it was on the cheaper side but we were like, That's cool. It's you know, a shared house shared accommodation. It's really authentic because we get to live with the hosts who as a Serbian man. Sounds cool. Looks good in the pictures looks like it's got somewhere for our bikes Great.
Wrapped up. It was like this tiny, tiny little apartment where like five or six people were jammed in on top of each other. There were all of these house rules like web. I mean, we are not like I'm definitely not a fussy person. I obviously like I'm happy camping in the middle of a fight. I'll go anywhere basically I just we're not high we're not picky is what I'm saying. Anyway, this time. We were like oh shit, like we rocked up and it was like I said crowded patch. There were rules.
So like all we ever asked for especially if we're booking accommodation or not camping. We really just want aircon and that's about it somewhere to keep our bikes and that said it had aircon. But there was all these rules like, don't open the door because then no, don't keep the door closed because then the aircon can't come out and the other room won't get to feel the aircon and, and make sure that you don't use this like because blah, blah, blah and like all of
these rules. And then there was cats, all these cats and rescue cats like crawling around in our room and I am so allergic to cats like so allergic. So the second I walked in, I started sneezing and I was like pocket was late at night. And I said to Paul, that I actually don't think I can stay here. We're meant to stay here for three nights. I can't do it. I just
can't do it. And I guess and then of course, like we left the next day, and then when we've been reflecting and writing are funny notes and are memorable things we don't write down. What we're really gonna remember is getting to this city, we don't like Serbia, that's not the thing, the destination is not the thing. The funny things is like, oh my god, we're always
gonna laugh. Remember when we went to that chunky little like, crowded flat in the middle of some town in Serbia, and it was cats everywhere, like, and we had to tell the person in broken English, we can't stay because I'm sneezing. And then we had to go to the pharmacy and explain to the pharmacist, through me making sneezing noises trying to like imitate what I need. That's the funny stuff. And this applies to business in so many ways and to life in so many ways. Because it really is it
really is the crap. And the seemingly insignificant moments in between getting to the goal, that is what's going to create memories and, and character build. And, and it's probably going to give you the most joy upon reflection. And so there's
a few things here. And I'm gonna get to like how to slow things down how to actually marry the two like the always achieving goals and being you know, like I said, it's about marrying the two I'm gonna get to some strategies and how I sort of have really made some headway in doing so. But what you might have heard there from that story is that like, A, it's the shit in between. And it's upon reflection, that you say, the journey to getting there is
actually where the magic is. And so let's say for example, like in business, when I reflect like, yes, I've had some amazing experiences in business. And yes, there's been all these sold out launches, and there's been all of these like amazing opportunities to speak at some amazing schools and like, you know, I loved speaking at Iona. I loved speaking at, I loved every level up launch like has been amazing, because I've met the most amazing people, there's
all these great things. But when I do reflecting, and this is a key element here reflecting some of the most memorable and character building and joyful moments, was sitting on our check sitting on my what was going to be my office, but at the time, it was just like a spare room. When Paul and I moved into our new house, we were sitting there having a wine, Paul Bless his heart was putting together a flat pack IKEA desk, like in a million
pieces as IKEA is. And we were just sitting there on the floor building my office desk, because I just left teaching, I needed an office and just talking about the future and life. And I'll always remember that like just as a real moment. And, you know, like, I remember the first client, the very first client I had, and who paid me money. And it wasn't much I think at the time, it was like $120 or something. And it was a teenage session like a teenage client, I just left teaching.
And it was the first time that I remember thinking holy shit, I'm getting paid in my business. It was the first time I'd been paid in my business to do something that was outside of my job. And that was a moment like, and then we start you know, straightaway, we start thinking Oh, but I want to get to this K months. And that's so prevalent in the business world like but this came months and then this came months. And now this client is not good enough because I need 10 And now that I've got 10 I
need a group programme. And now that group problem programme, I need 10k months, 20k months, 30k months, like it's it never ends. And even though I've hit all these really cool milestones and goals, I think there will always be a special beautiful part in the shade in between. And it's not shit but like the moments in between and the difficult parts and, and the first client the first the first day. I remember the first day I was officially
full time in my business. And every time I looked at my clock, every time I looked at my watch and I was like oh my god, I meant to be in period three right now. Oh my god, I'd be with my utensils right now. This is weird like that. Never. That blew me away so much. And it's so special. It's so special. But if we're always on the next thing, we're going to we're going to lose it. We're going to miss what's right in front of
us. And we're never going to feel satisfaction because it's always going to be somewhere out there in the future. Always somewhere out there in the future. The next destination Oh But now I gotta get to Santorini. All but now I gotta
get to this goal. Now I gotta get to this goal and never sitting and grounding ourselves in like, wow, this is amazing right now, this moment right now even when it's shit even when I've got allergies and there's cat hair all over me, and I just want to sleep and I just want antihistamines and nobody understands me. And I just want more clients because I just want to help more people. This is beautiful. This right now is so good. And it's all coming. It's all coming. But this is this is
so good right now. And what I've actually found from people, you know, I've coached hundreds and hundreds of people now in the business base, it's the people who can really learn to love the shit in between, to love the journey and not the destination. As cliche as it sounds. It's the people who can learn to froth the great of learning. It's the people who can learn to really love all of the moments in between, even when it's hard, even when it's difficult. It's the people who stop and take it
all in. When you learn to love the whole experience, you get this whole new level of satisfaction, when you learn to start to really anchor yourself into and celebrate the moments in between, rather than the end goal, the end destination, I can't tell you how different the satisfaction is because we've been led, we've been led to believe that it's the goal that's going to give you the satisfaction, it's when you get there, you will feel this way.
When you get to this goal weight, you will feel beautiful. When you get to this much money in your bank account, you will feel wealthy. When you get to this many followers, you will feel significant. That is the biggest lie and red flag that I ever heard. I call it and I've termed it this and I'm going to talk about this in a whole nother episode. It's called the if then when syndrome or the when and then syndrome, I think I'm going to call it the when
and then syndrome. When I get to there, then I'll feel that when I get to there, then I'll feel that way. That is such a red flag. It is such a red flag. And all it does is perpetuates the feeling of this isn't enough. I'm not satisfied yet. I feel rushed. I feel impatient. I feel like I want to be there quicker. I want I want to be there yesterday. And what it does is it takes away so much opportunity for joy and
celebration. And when we start to really anchor ourselves into loving who I'm becoming to get to the goal, I love who I'm becoming to get to the goal. I love what I'm learning. I love these opportunities for growth. I love the shit in between. When we start to love every step or every pedal if I'm using that cycling metaphor again, rather than, Oh my god, I finally got to this Novi Sad, which was the
next destination in Serbia. It's not that it's the fucking waiting in border security for hours with barbed wire fences. And having the time of our lives in the border, stopping that was way better. It's the moments in between. It's the being present in the moments in between and learning to love that. That's where it's at. So, in business, learn to love getting to the goal. Like if you're a course creator or an online, like creating courses, learn to love the creative process. Learn to
love that. Oh, this isn't working. I can try something else. This is really great feedback. Learn to love the grid, learn to love it. Learn to love the journey. Learn to love every pedal every time you're like, Oh God, it's another uphill This is the best like this is the moments we're gonna remember. We're not gonna remember that fortress because we got there and we were like, Yeah, cool. It's a building. But we remember getting lost on the way and meeting some wicked guy
who we had mad chats with. We remember him we don't remember getting to you know, when are you going to when you're on your deathbed Are you going to go Ah, god that sold out launch really
was it? No, you're not you're gonna remember the moments in between the moments when you were with your family and you're like holy shit I can't believe that I get to shower my kids in gifts from this business that I created or I can't believe the connections I made with my clients I can't believe how lucky I've been because of this stuff in between and so just be really conscious of that when and then syndrome when I get there then I'll feel this when I get there then I'll feel this
it's not to say don't set goals because goals are the best goals are so good we need goals we need evolution we need it but love the journey to get there. love it love it love it and then when you get there fucking celebrate it like don't rob yourself of being like holy shit. Like we did it oh my god we did it we crossed the border so to speak we did it this is amazing. Sit in a be with it. Be grounded. Celebrate yourself reflect look back at how far
you've come. Look back at the journey reflect on the sheet in between reflect on how proud of yourself you are like do all of that. And so, and this is one of my favourite things like I think We really have got ourselves so hyped up on achieving the goal that we forget to celebrate the
things in between. And I think my favourite part about witnessing the evolution and the transformation of people inside of level up, yes, they get cool things, I'm not going to like they, they create some wicked stuff we've had someone published a couple people publishing books, we've had sold out launches, we've had businesses, like so many businesses that have launched
and sold out. And we've had people create their own artistic products, we've had so much cool stuff, Dream houses, we've had some people have manifested or created beautiful, dear relationships, which Oh, God, I don't even Yeah, I'm so excited about this person in particular. But all of that is the byproduct of the internal world. And the internal shift of being happy and satisfied and confident in
who you're becoming. And, and the internal, it's the internal shifts that are creating the external results, that goals are coming. Because internally, people have got a lot more presence, and they're a lot more grounded. And they're maybe recognising when they're getting a little bit frantic. And oh, God, I need to get it No, no, no. And they'll come back and they'll recenter. And they'll
trust that it's coming. And they have a little bit more faith in their true authentic self self, which is always going to create the outcomes they want. And so the goal is not it, the goals come but the goals are not what we're focusing on, we're focusing on the inner world, the mindset shifts, the being present, the being grateful that the trust in what is coming, and that creates all the things on the outside. But the goal is not yet the goal is not yet my favourite thing is the inner
peace. And being truly present and already feeling abundant. And already knowing that you're enough and already knowing that you're deeply worthy. And that you can slow down and relieving yourself of the pressure to have to go Go, go go go and achieve, achieve, achieve and be more, do more, do more, do more, do more, do more. And that's my favourite transformation. And that comes from this beautiful marriage of a love this. I'm excited for
what's coming. But the goal, isn't it, the goal just isn't it. It's the destination. And so that's kind of my rant for today. But what I want to leave you with is four sort of ideas or strategies which might work for you. If you know that you're somebody who can really like future trip, like, forget what's currently in front of you, because you're in the, in the future somewhere and never satisfied when it comes. I've
mentioned it a few times. And the first thing is reflect, reflect, reflect, reflect, reflect. I never set goals without reflecting on how far I've come. I never set goals without reflecting on what I've learnt in the last few months or years or whatever it might be. I never set goals without reflecting and taking the time to reflect and celebrate and ground myself in what I'm
currently in. And when I say celebrate, I highly recommend especially if you're somebody who's always been Go Go Go doo doo doo doo more, achieve more, I'll be happy when I get to this goal. I'll be happy when I get to this goal very forward focused, amazing, beautiful. Love it, you're probably a real doer. Let's also celebrate who you're being. So yes, I was able to do this thing. I was able to do this thing. Who were you being? Who were you being in the doing? Who were you being when
you were achieving that? You know, getting to that destination? Who were you being? How we are showing up? How are you showing up for your clients? How are you showing up for your loved ones? How are you showing up for your kids? How are you showing up for your fiancee? How are you being in the doing that is something worth really celebrating, really celebrating? Celebrate the person you're being and are you living in integrity with the kind of person you want to be with the
person that you are proud of. So celebrate yourself for who you're being and reflect on it reflect on the journey. Whenever you get to a destination like what Paul and I every single night reflect on the journey of getting to where we're getting. And that is so beautiful, it's so much fun to reflect. And then you start to see the patterns, you start to see that actually getting to the destination just isn't it. It's just not it's, it's the person I'm being it's
the stuff in between. So reflect, celebrate ground yourself. And if you need to relinquish the pressure to just set another goal, if the new goal hasn't come to be in it, just be in what you've created. So that's the first one reflect and then celebrate ground and be present. Celebrate yourself for being if you need some affirmations. And this is something like I think a lot of people it's just our culture, right? Like it's always on to
the next thing. It's always like you get we get very much praised for how much we can accomplish how much we can do. And we feel like we're not worthy of success or abundance or whatever if we're not busting our ass if we're not doing doing doing doing or we're not working hard lalalalala Some of the affirmations and these are just some of the ones that I found really helpful when I was really learning this lesson and always feeling impatient, frustrated
and rushed. I used affirmations and it was really good to centre myself to ground myself to remind myself of what I want to be my truth. And remember, you can choose your truths, you can choose your belief systems, and your belief systems are what you create. So for me it was, the more I relax and renew. The more creativity I have, the more I grow. So the more I relax, the more I play, the more pleasure I have, the more my business grows, the more I am present, the more I you know, the more
I'm able to be me. So like, and then I had, I had so many different ones. And I might write a blog on this or something, because I've had a few affirmations that I've felt, for me really pivotal, really helpful. One of them was I get paid for being me, I get paid for being me for doing what I love for just doing what I love. And that's been my truth. Now I get to teach, which is what I love. I get to teach coach speak favourite things in the world. Truth, right? So choose your
truth. Choose your truth about what you choose for when you slow down when you're in the present moment. If you're in the present moment, and you sometimes have guilt about it, like Oh, I'm here, but I really shouldn't be there. I'm here but I need to be working on my goal. I need to be hustling I need to be go go go go go. What if you started to believe something that made you feel more at peace? What if you started to believe that I can grow and be present with my family at the
same time? Oh, well, I can I can grow while I'm relaxing. My business can make money while I'm taking time off or something like what do you need to reinforce to yourself over and over and over again as an affirmation? So that's it from me today. My destination today is some we've actually booked some real it could go either way. We don't know. We never know any given day. It's like fuck what's gonna happen today?
We've booked some like, it looks like an abandoned carnival like an abandoned theme park that they've created. Like little cabin sort of style accommodation. And it's Neil it's on its way again, destination is like the capital city of Serbia. So we're on our way to Belgrade. And I'm so excited for the in betweens, I'm so excited for what's going to happen for today. Because everyday is so unexpected, so
different. So it's been really nice, just to be a reminder to myself that has reinforced this, this real big key learning of mine that like it's all the stuff in between. It's the pedalling in between not the destination and it's the same in business. It's the same in life. It's those little moments, it's the moments on the couch with my family roasting dad, that is so much better than actually arriving in Alberni, you know, it's not the destination, it's
the stuff in between. So I hope that helps if you're somebody who feels a little bit frustrated all the time a little bit rushed a little bit goal centric, the to the point where you can't be present. I hope that helps. I'd love to hear from you if it did. If you are interested in level up if you are on the waitlist, please make sure you keep your eye on the inbox from the 15th to the 16th, you have first in first served.
And there's about 48 hours where there's like over $1,400 of extras and bonuses and courses and the scholarship is now open. If you would like to apply for the scholarship, I can't wait to read those I get so much joy from reading those and hearing about what you want to achieve and where you're at and why you want to join. I just can't wait. I'm so excited for this round and to meet you and yeah to evolve together to expand together there is so much I can't wait to teach and my own
personal levelling up. I'm so excited for this round. So if you want to do the scholarship, it's all in the show notes. It is a first week of August so maybe now's your time, this is your sign this is your reminder before you set any goals, go reflect go open up your gallery on your phone and go look over July and look at all the moments
in between. Look at all of the moments that you know brought you joy taught you something built your character made you feel alive, whatever it is, look back before you look forward and then try to be in the present. So anyway, I'm gonna go find Paul, and hopefully get to this weird and wonderful, kind of creepy abandoned place somewhere in the middle of Serbia. So have a beautiful day week, one night day, whatever it is as you're listening to this and I will see you in the next episode. Bye
