Welcome to the very last episode for 2022. I don't know how this happened, like, I don't know how we're literally going into New Year's in just four days by the time this episode is aired, I plan to add this episode and you'll understand why in a moment because we're going to do a lot of my favourite things to do around this New Year's time and actually my favourite thing to do ever, which is a visualisation, and I'm going to explain why and give you all of the brain science behind it give

you all of the proof that you need so that you can make this an everyday practice because honestly, visualisation is one of the top tips that I give to anyone, when you're trying to become someone new. When you're trying to make a change when you're trying to form a habit, when you're trying to act a little bit different to what your normal automatic response is. I've used this with clients who want to stop barking at their kids, or want to stop like flying off the handle and

getting triggered. I've used it with clients when they've got like a presentation at work or a present public speaking presentation and they get nervous. I use visualisation in so many different reasons and ways. For me, it's my favourite technique for manifestation is my favourite technique to get me into a really good state. And I'm going to explain all of it. But first, let's just take a moment to get on top of the fact that what the heck, like how how did this year just go like that?

I swear every year maybe it's like the older you get. Maybe it feels like your life is a bit more full. Maybe that's what it is. I don't know. But I feel like particularly in the last two years, it's just like we blinked and like, oh COVID happened. That was two years what the heck that's over, like, or is it? I don't know, I don't watch the news. But it's just like, oh, there was those two years. I remember those two years where we all stayed inside. And everyone the world

went crazy. And everyone fought over toilet paper. And now it's like, are back to normal. And for me, that's just been like being able to travel again, I'm literally as this air as this as I would say I'm literally at the airport right now. And I'm on my way to Thailand. And I'm so excited because I'm going with two of my besties who I used to travel with, like we lived in Canada together 10 years ago now. So this is actually our 10

year reunion, I guess. One of us lives in the Netherlands who I recently caught up with when I was cycling around there. And the other one lives about two or three hours away from me. But it's so funny just to think about the fact that like, they're just our life changes. I don't know if you feel this with

your friendship group. But like when we were partying and travelling in our 20s, we were or we were I was a bit of a rascal, a bit of a hooligan, some might say, I was definitely the one that wanted to stay up the latest and not go to bed and stay up all night and do it again the next day and the next night and the next night and the next night. And I basically lived like that for a few years. But particularly when we were

living abroad in Canada. Funnily enough, I was also studying abroad and I don't know how I managed to get get through it because I don't think I ever started. But I digress. We were laughing about how this trip is going to Thailand. We were like can we stay away from the touristy areas we don't really want riffraff like we don't really want the party zones? Can we stay away from the full moon parties, I would like to be in

bed at a decent hour. And let's spend New Years setting some intentions and sharing our goals and writing down all of our goals for 2023. And we're just like, who are we? Who are we but isn't isn't growing older and wiser. So fun. Like, I actually do feel like every year, every

year gets better and better. And I actually love the privilege of growing older I love the privilege of I feel like the the every year you know yourself a little bit more and you have more life experience which creates contrast to show us what we like and what we don't like. And it's like, I just feel like it's so much easier to be who you are because you get to a stage where you're solid in yourself and you're solid in the relationships in your life and

it's just a beautiful time. And anyway, that's been my experience. But let's get into today's episode. Anyway. So I have been guiding you guys through over the last few weeks we've been looking through some of my favourite practices for this time of year. So we've done a reflection, we've looked back because we always look back before we look forward we always get ourselves into that

reflective state. We learn through reflection, we learn through reflecting on who what worked what didn't What do I need to let go of what am I proud of what progress have I made when we start to really reflect we can learn we can also like I said anchor into confidence anchor into holy shit, look how much I've done and I never even stopped to give

myself a pat on the back. Look at all these things I've created that I once didn't think I would be able to do that gives us confidence going into the new year so it's really important we reflect and we look backwards and seriously like oh man, doing this has changed the game for

me. I was always someone who was so like, next thing next thing next thing next thing next thing without taking stock and I got to a point where I was just like wait, what is even the point in me being such a bloody goal setter, if I don't even enjoy them when I get there, because I'm already on to the next thing. And what I'd say about that, too, is like learning to love the process of create of

creating that outcome. Learning to Love, the process has actually changed the game for me, like I don't actually really care about the end result because I've learned to fall in love with the grind and with the getting shit done, and with the process of becoming. So that's just another tidbit that I'm digressing a lot today. But doing this practice of reflection has been frickin phenomenal. And I literally looked over this year, the year

that was 2022. It was like how how, like, I know how I know exactly how and I'm trying to teach this all on the podcast and in my course. But I this year was really the year that everything came. Like everything came together everything that I've been journaling about visualising everything that I first wrote about when I created my dream life, sort of happened this year, like I was cycling through Europe with Paul, we'd

recently got engaged. So I was I was just like, Ah, this guy's got to be my husband while we were writing I was like so excited. And you know, there's like the US Austrian Alps off in the background and I've got music in my ears. I was just high on life. And then I got to have the most incredible incredible level up your life experience with the most incredible women who came in. We culminated it all in an in person retreat, which I really wanted to do. Like the podcast

is growing. My friends are getting married. It's just this year has been the ultimate living of my dream life or living of my visualisations a few years ago. And now I'm like, holy Dooley. Holy Dooley, it's ready it's time to like level up, it's time for me to bring in some new things. And there's some big things happening on my vision board on my in my

visualisations. And I'm going to today give you a visualisation that you can come back to, I will tell you, you know you are you will know what minute to go to, if you want to just use this often, to come back to it. And to actually use this tool, I'm going to put it in this podcast. So that is everything that I've created is the result of understanding the power of the mind understanding the way the subconscious mind works differently to the conscious

mind. This is everything by the way that I teach inside of level up your life. And we are opening very, very, very, very, very soon. But ultimately, the reason I'm able to set a goal and achieve every single one is because I

understand how my mind works. I understand I'm learning more and more about how I work where my blocks are, where my triggers are, how I can move through them. And because of that, I'm able to reprogram my subconscious mind. And that is what I want to get into very, very quickly before I give you another tool that you can add to

your toolkit. And I give you a guided visualisation so that we can together, make 2023 Whatever it is that you want it to be you've gone through, hopefully in the last few episodes you've gone through, you've done the reflection, and then you've set your intentions. So you've set your intentions, you've made your vision board, you know what 2023 is all about, you know the

energy of 2023. Now let's understand why I'm going to teach you and hopefully help you to see the importance of why I give you these particular tools. Like honestly, my mission is for me to become obsolete. Like you won't need me when you understand how the mind works. This is what I say to everyone inside of level up. When you understand these principles, you can apply them to everything forever, and you can apply them

to your kids lives. This is my fate like you can teach it to your kids, which is so exciting. But when you understand these principles, you can apply them to everything. So I want you to understand this principle.

Today, I am going to go through and give you a guided visualisation for 2023 and for creating 2023 to be exactly how you want it to give your mind and your mental attention to give your mental attention somewhere to go to give your imagination a job to give your the theatre of your mind to give that screen inside of your mind a beautiful image to hold on to so that you can use that as your set point and you can use that to help direct you to making decisions in 2023 to help direct

you to show up and behave how you want to be. So why don't we do visualisation? And why am I giving you this guided visualisation today right before New Year's, because you're in a goal setting stage, probably a lot of you are you've got some things that you're working on, you've got some things that you want to call in, you've got an idea of what sort of things

you're creating for 2023. And for some of us, hopefully they're big, almost feeling a little bit scary out of reach goals, which is always great. Just a little bit out of reach all the time. We always want to be going just a little bit outside of our comfort zone just a little bit outside of our familiar because that's where the growth its own is that's

where our expansion lies. So set a goal that it scares you just a little bit, it feels as a tiny bit out of reach, but not so out of reach, where you're like, well, that's never gonna happen, what's the point because then we can't get behind it right? So we start with like just a little bit out of reach. What we're going to do, is we're going to do a visualisation, because this is the, this is the take home

message, right? If I could just get you to write this down and repeat it in your head 1000 times, this is what I want you to know. Your subconscious mind doesn't know the difference between what is real. And what is imagination. Listen, again, your subconscious mind, which is the part of you that controls you, which is the part of you that is like responsible for 90 to 95% of your actions. It doesn't know the difference between what is real, and what

is just in your imagination. So I hear people all the time who are like Bree, I'm not very I'm not imaginative. I don't have a good imagination. I'm not creative. I call BS on that. I call BS on that, because we're using our imagination all the time, how many of us are running the script in our mind or running this visual imagery of our mind or running the imaginary? What if this goes wrong? What if they don't buy from me? What if everyone thinks I'm a dickhead? What if I look

stupid? What if it doesn't work? What if I get there and I look awkward? What if I get there and I don't know anyone. And we're literally using all of these negative imaginary situations.

And what happens is because our subconscious mind doesn't understand that, hey, this isn't actually happening right now, this is just my imagination running wild, what happens is we start to feel anxious, we start to feel afraid, we start to feel doubt, we start to feel worried, because our imagination triggers an emotional state in our body. And so what if we just flip the script? And we start thinking about what if it goes, right? What if I just hold on to this

imaginary thing? Because I'm imagining anyway, I'm imagining an unwanted result. I'm imagining something that I don't want. What if I flip the script and imagine something I do want, then my body's going to move into hope, positive expectation, excitement, joy. And when I'm in that state, guess what happens you start attracting higher vibrational things when you're in that state, you get to attract what you're a vibrational match to that is physics. That is physics. Point

blank, that is physics. Look it up. It's Einstein is quantum physics. It's physics, you attract what you're a vibrational match to. And we can use our imagination to become a vibrational match. So let's start imagining what we do want. And it's all happening. And it's already done. And it's already there. And when it's in our mind's eye, and we can see it, we actually can see then how we need to show up throughout 2023.

When we've seen it multiple times in our imagination, we've because we're creating it where the Creator, we get to create whatever the heck we decide. So when you see in your mind's eye, the version of you that you want to be and you're visualising how

you want to show up in 2023. And you're visualising what you want 2023 to look like and you're visualising how you're going to react when challenges come because they will challenge us will come how are you going to show up, we're visualising that we're visualising the end result, we're visualising how we're going to feel this time next year, we're seeing it all in our mind. And then we get to get put ourselves into that state as if it's already

happened. Then we become an energetic vibrational match to the thing, we close the gap. That's how it works. It also works because the more and guys, the world's top athletes do this mental rehearsal means that they are visualising themselves. For example, if you're playing tennis, visualising the perfect ace just acing it, like first surf bang done, they're visualising that they're getting

themselves into the state. And there's actually studies that show mental rehearsal for athletes also produces physical results. They there was one case study where they actually got people to visually imagine bicep curls. And those people actually had bicep gains on their muscle. What the heck, like we need to start paying attention to this

stuff. How many times have we heard about the placebo effect, which is a phenomena which is accepted in science that, oh, well, we've got to account for the fact that they might have just believed it would work. So that that impacted the results, like, hold on a second. So if we believe in something, and we have a positive image of it in our mind, and we have a positive expectation, it moves into reality, and it changes our physiology. Let's just really think about what that actually

means. Our mind is powerful, imagination is powerful. Our positive expectation of something happening is very fucking powerful. So let's use our imagination to create this confidence to create this excitement to create this positive expectation for our mind to see something that's already happened. So that you know how to behave in 2023. So that your mind so that your energetic state then becomes an energetic match to what it is

that you are asked. done so that you know how to say yes to things or no to things because you've seen the image in your mind, you know the outcome, and then you know what aligns to it and what doesn't. So that is all the reasons why I want you to really get behind this practice.

I'm going to now put in for you an actual guided visualisation to help make 2023 Whatever it is that your heart desires, because guys, if there's one thing I want you to know is that you can fucking have anything you want, like, you can have anything you want. It doesn't mean it's not going to be hard. Sometimes it doesn't mean there's not going to be challenges, doesn't mean you're not going to sometimes be

like what the fuck Breanna. Why did you make me like sometimes I've had clients do this to me. They're like, Ah, you made me believe in myself. Fuck you. Like now this is hard. And I'm like, get good. Welcome to growth. Welcome to growth, you said you love growth. Let's go there. It's not always going to

be easy, right? But you can have whatever you're willing, whatever you're willing to put in some of the hard yards for whatever you're willing to never give up on whatever you're willing to work through your shadows on. Whatever you're willing to move through your comfort zone for whatever you're willing to move through, you will create. You've the only way sometimes for us to get to the end result is to look at our look at the scary things and

move through them. I'll often say to my clients, excuse me, the only way passed is through the only way passed is through so let's go through it because once you get through it, there's something waiting for you like this is a test this is the this is the obstacle course right? We remember when we were a kid, I don't know if you guys my dad used to set up obstacle courses.

Actually, it was one of my favourite I just had the most beautiful memory in my mind to add on school holidays is to set up obstacle courses for me and for all the kids on the street. Love that man. And like it's a it's an obstacle course. And you have to move through the obstacles to be to get to the end to get to the finish line. And how good does it get feel to get to the finish line when you've gone through all these different obstacles that is like

a metaphor for life. Right, you're gonna have obstacles so that you can get to the finish line and at the finish line is what you said you wanted. So let's move through them. The only way passed is through Let's Move through them. And guys, this is another I will put this up on another episode. If you're interested. Just get into my DMs let me know you'd love it. I have a visualisation where we can actually mentally rehearse mentally see ourselves moving

through obstacles. And that also helps us when obstacles come up. Because we can see already in our mind's eye we've seen this many times. All right, this is how I respond in this particular obstacle. And then it's easier for us to move into that person to to act as our higher self to

be our higher self. So this is going to be for you a guided visualisation that I want you to come back to multiple times if you want to fast forward through all of my bubble, it'll probably be at around 20 minute mark. Just take note right now of what minute you're at, so that you can use this multiple times because repetition is the ultimate way to reprogram what's in our subconscious use this multiple times come back to it I want you to get comfortable if you're driving obviously don't

close your eyes. However, you can still take your mind you know, still be paying attention of course, but maybe if you're you know if you're operating machinery obviously don't do this. Disclaimer don't do this.

But do come back to this all the time as you need to if it's a sort of slow Sunday and you're just getting into the vibe of the week, if it's you know the morning and you want to get into a really high state for the day if you want to come back to this when things feel like they're not going your way come back to this multiple times. There's a reason I'm saying this repetition is how we reprogram

the subconscious mind. Just taking some time as we begin this guided visualisation just to focus on some really big, really long inhales and exhales feeling all the way up to the top of your head, hold the breath and exhale all the way out. Just letting everything in your body relax. Say if you can Let your jaw relax your shoulders relax

your stomach relax. Just let everything relax is notice thoughts and let them float past float by and focus on your breath now I want you to bring your attention to all of your goals for 2023 Bring them to mind now have your goals as your focus and now I want you in your mind's eye to take yourself to the end of 2023 and all of your goals everything that you said that you wanted to create has happened. It has happened it is done and you are saying I can't believe I did it.

I really did it now in the screen of your mind watch as every single one of your goals comes into your life throughout the year and see yourself living that physical manifestation of your goals right and with every goal that becomes a reality watch as you're saying I did it. I really did it.

Notice how you feel notice who's around you notice what you say notice the sounds notice what you're wearing and how you're walking see yourself now living a day waking up in your bed at the end of 2023 When everything has happened want you now to ask that version of you that version of you in your mind what is your message for me? Take that message with you today. And throughout the year. Come back to this visualisation to see the version of you that you are now becoming it has

happened it is done. Everything that you say in your mind you create in your reality. Now breathe and take this energy with you now with excitement. Knowing that it is already done that you are an energetic match to every goal you have set it is done
