In this episode, I am joined by Erik Bustillo. Erik is a Registered Dietitian. He attended Florida International University and earned the title of Registered Dietitian. Additionally, Erik is also a Certified Sports Nutritionist through the International Society of Sports Nutrition- ISSN, a Certified Strength Coach, and a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association – NSCA. He is also the Co-Vice President of the ISSN. 

In this episode, we do some common nutrition myth-busting.
