This Is One Reason Why Teachers Are Quitting

In this episode, I discuss an altercation between a North Carolina substitute teacher and a student over a cell phone. There seems to be a divide between people saying that the teacher was in the wrong and then some stating that the teacher was right. But I see now why so many teachers are quitting the profession. The teacher in that incident decided to leave teaching after 22 years. Again, I see why so many teachers are deciding to quit.
