This week the fellas talk about living your life to the fullest….and how some people don’t want you too. Plus we discuss what foods are best to eat while driving…how Steve got busted for eating a McFlurry, and Rev reviews the Lime Scooters! Migs also chats about his last wrestling match where he was tossed into a bunch of chairs!
This week Glenn is not here, but the Rev...Migs...and a text from Wyatt Olney review Glenn's amazing new solo record. Migs shares a song that has a huge impact on him ("Anxiety" by Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes), and we recap Steve's big match from last Sunday at Without A Cause vs. Pitfall Jones. This week the fellas recap The Rev's 40th Birthday Party that was a Nerf Gun war! Steve reviews The Avengers End Game (no spoilers), and shares a story about a guy that got revenge on someone in the most epic way after that person spoined Avengers Infinity War a year ago. The guys check out some messages and voicemails finally as well!
This week we look back on past MigsCasts, and some of the insane moments. Migs shares a story about dealing with some ballerinas many years ago, Rev reviews the new Tacoma McMenamin's spots, and Glenn and Rev chat about Game Of Thrones (don't worry...no spoilers). Steve chats about getting a new Jeep, and Glenn shares stories about him and his wife going on a Harley ride.
This week we welcomed Luke, Jen, and Rachel from Valley Dental Group in Renton. Luke is the dentist that saved Glenn from a massive oral issue a few months back...turns out that he's a big listener of the show! We ended up talking about dental horror stories...and Luke shared a hilarious story that involved an escord needing dental work! We also chatted about customer service horror stories, and Steve recapped his weekend wrestling...which included beating someone with a steel chair!
This week the fellas recap Bruiser Brody's experience opening for Steel Panther for three nights at the Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver BC. We play back an interview that Glenn, Steve, and their bandmate Jeff Rouse did backstage with Stix Zadinia, Steel Panther's drummer (approx 26:45 in on the cast).
This week we chat about the Rev's upcoming Nerf Birthday Party, Glenn's run in with the parking police, and Steve's near hand injury days before Bruiser Brody hits the road to open for Steel Panther in Vancouver. We also show love for singer/songwriter, Shawn Smith, who sadly passed away a few days ago. The fellas also chat about tour riders, and our hope to get #GHANDS trending on Twitter.
This week we ended up playing the original demos that Glenn & Steve emailed back and forth with each other that eventually led to the songs heard on Bruiser Brody's record. We also chat with rock photographer Iron Mike Savoia about his experiences over the years, and we check the messages!
This week Migs recaps his time at The Glorious Sons show last week and discovers a new artist that opened the show (JJ Wilde), Glenn gives us an update on the solo record and that he is playing at The Parliament Tavern in West Seattle this Friday night, and the Rev chats about Emerald City Comicon. The guys also preview the upcoming Motley Crue Netflix movie, "The Dirt", and how they cover "Like A Virgin" by Madonna on the soundtrack.
This week we welcome Thee Ted Smith in to recap meeting Rob Thomas! Yup...Rob Thomas was in the building, and we got to enjoy an acoustic performance from him. Also on today's episode: We hear about The Rev's pot adventure in Vegas, accidental stiffies, Glenn has a crazy dook story, and we learn why Migs spent yesterday trying to learn how to do a hand stand!
