Episode description

February may be known as the month of love in the consumer world, but over here in the health world, it is known as heart health month.

So, I couldn't let the month go by without bringing you an episode all about heart health and things that you can do to lower your risk of heart disease.

We start with some fun heart facts:

Did you know?

  • Your heart will beat about 115,000 times each day.
  • Your heart pumps about 2,000 gallons of blood every day.
  • And those are just 2 of the fun facts that you will learn.

Then I dive into the top 5 heart myth questions I get asked:

One of them being: If I'm young I don't have to worry about heart problems-wrong!

Then I end with giving you 7-8 easy to do tips for keeping your ticker in tic top shape- LOL
