1. How does our brain respond when we are faced with changes?

  • Our brains have natural instincts when faced with something new and different.  

2. Why is change often uncomfortable?

  • Recognize that any change has interdependent impacts.  

3. How can we run towards change as a positive?  

  • Mindset is important to seeing change as a growth opportunity.
