S8 E6 - See & Treat At Home

This week we are focusing on assessment of unwell patients at home and things we can do to avoid hospital admission if it is against their wishes or not in their best interests. We look at some of the challenges associated with this, as well as some tools which exist to help healthcare providers with decision-making in this situation.
