Episode 016: Matt Berenc

Matt Berenc is the Vice President of Education at FORME, a groundbreaking digital platform and personal strength studio that brings high-level personal training to your living room all while keeping design front and center. Matt holds many certifications including his CSCS, Strong First's SFG Level II, Functional Movement Screen, and Precision Nutrition Level 2. In short, Matt is a master of movement and biomechanics.

For the previous 14 years, Matt worked with Equinox where he was Director of Education for Equinox's Fitness Training Institute (EFTI), overseeing all elements of trainer growth, development, and education.
