Episode description

Today I sit down with Garrett Jones. Garrett is a former multi-sport athlete turned personal trainer who earned his Bachelors in kinesiology from the University of Massachusetts.  He worked in a Miami training facility that oversaw the strength and conditioning of pro athletes like Frank Gore and recently aided his friend Hella Sidibe run across America becoming one of only 300 people to accomplish this feat.

Garrett is a great person and has a healthy view of the world and how to smooth out the highs and lows to maintain general wellbeing and a positive mental attitude.
