Of the most important nutrients are among the hardest to absorb. LiveOnLab's changed that by introducing the first supplements made with a liposome encapsulation technology, the goo. LiveOnLab's lipospheric supplements help my cells absorb and use the nutrients I need to nourish my nervous system, support my immune fight oxidative stress, maintain my cognitive health, and produce energy. Magoo is packed with brain supporting nutrient choline and no sugar, no glycerin, no artificial flavors, or

any other junk ingredients. Just the nutrients my body needs delivered in a way that I can finally absorb. When I take these, I can feel the difference. If you're like, I wanna make 10 k months. If you've never done that before, you're trying to create something you've never had before. If you're trying to get to fifty k months or hundred k months, like, whatever whatever your goal is, right, your next level has never happened. So you're trying to create something that's never existed before too, which is kind of badass if you think about it. But it's also why, like, we can be like, well, it wasn't that effective. Well, hold

on a second. You changed the standards. You raised the standards on yourself. Okay? So let me ask a question. Okay? And please be honest. How happy are you with your results today? Right now in this moment, how happy are you with the actual results you've produced in business? I'm curious. Okay? You wouldn't be here if you weren't dissatisfied at some

level. Okay? So if you're still doing the work, you're not getting the results, they're not coming fast enough, you feel stuck, the reason may not be why you think. Okay? And what we want you to know and I want you to take this in is it's not your fault. It's not your fault. Okay? I wanna share with you what I think is going on. Would that be

okay? So what we know after doing this work for so long is that people who are in your position tend to put at least one of two roles in charge when it comes to their coaching business. Okay? Let me share with you what that means. Okay? Because I think this might we're gonna start to hopefully change your life right now. Okay? It's like imagine doing your coaching business. You're trying to do all the stuff that makes it grow. Okay? But you're using you're you're

either showing up as a student or showing up as a practitioner. So what this means is you're like, I'm gonna learn more. The student loves to learn, don't they? The practitioner loves to help. So think about this. If you're trying to get a business result and your your your your strategy is learning, how's your result gonna be? What do you think? Is it gonna be what you want? Yes or no? No. Okay? Okay. But, Masten, I'd told that if I add value to the world, that's how

I make money. Hold on a second. The practitioner wants to help. Okay? If your strategy for business is predominantly and only helping, what do you think is gonna happen? Do you think you're gonna be making the money you wanna be making? Yes or no? No. It's just like investing in a relationship when you're doing all the emotional labor. Right? Who here has been the person that did all the work in a relationship before? The other person

didn't do any work. Okay? Did you get your needs met? Yes or no? No. Okay? So this is what we think is probably happening for you, and we're gonna continue to make this case and see see if we're act if we're right. Okay? So I think this will be tremendously valuable for you. I think the reason why you're stuck is because one of these two roles is driving your business or maybe both of

them. Okay? So what this kind of means is that, like, when you're stuck kind of, like, in, like, student mode, it's like, I need to get an a plus on this test. I can't make mistakes. You know, working with other people is cheating. Right? This has to be perfect. So that's like this, like, perfectionistic thing. Now if you're trying to be perfect in business, that's the fastest way to die in business. Right? Perfection is the enemy of of of of sales. Right? The practitioner says, I'm not in this

for the money. I would just helping people is enough. Right? I just get my my significance from being a good person, not from earning money. Right? I have to study another modality that's gonna help me make more money. So one more modality, I guess. Then one more breath work, one more EMDR, one more one more thingamajig, and then I'll make the money. Right? Or I have to do most of the emotional labor in my life. So I no one else is gonna

do it, so I'm gonna do it. Or I love figuring out why the people are not able to meet my needs. Who am I talking to? Does anybody here know someone who's emotionally available and you're trying to figure out why? You just you just can't you just need to know you just why why can't maybe it's your mom, it's your dad, it's somebody that you know. Who knows what I'm talking about? That shit makes you a great coach or therapist, because that's what we do. Why

are you not doing the thing you say you wanna do? Right? But who here gets that if you're trying to be perfect and try to help at the expense of yourself, that's a bad business strategy. We're starting to maybe get that. Okay? So it's possible to have an inflexible nervous system that's stuck in either too much student or too much practitioner. So student traps are like, you're too attached to a specific method, you're always preparing and never starting. Right? You're you value academic

achievement over results for clients. Right? You understand business concepts maybe, but you're not applying them, and you know that because you're not getting the result. Right? You have too much focus on external goals and achievements instead of what your clients need. Right? You tend to be more rigid and perfectionistic. And if I'm honest, I'm gonna say something and this is confronting for you. I'm sorry. But people who have high student,

like, traits are entitled. And what I mean is they think, well, I've learned so much. I shouldn't have to do this business stuff. And it's like, no. Like, your learning gave you knowledge, but we all have to earn the business result. Who follows? Does this make sense? Right? The student's like, but I already know I already I was already an expert over here. I should be able to be expert over here, and I I and my I I I I don't I'm kind of above

the business stuff. It's like, no. No. No. No. No. No. You're gonna get your hands dirty too. Okay? Now the practitioner traps are more like justifying that you can't make money, because, like, well, I'm a good person, and that's enough. Right? They kinda take the higher road. Right? Or you focus on modalities, but you don't really understand what your

clients need. So people, like, might do breath work or might do EMDR, might do coaching, but they don't know, like, what problem do I actually solve for my clients? Like, I don't really actually know. I just know that they go on to do better things. Right? Also, you never really feel good enough to help other people. You need one more thing to feel like you're enough, one more credential, one more person to patch you on the back and say you got this. Right? And practitioners tend to lack, like,

structure and direction. They're just they're just helping. There's always helping. They don't really know where they're going. If someone needs their help, God bless them. They're gonna help them in front of them. Right? Practitioners are really bad at asking for money. They're really bad at it. Right? They're like, oh, you know, we'll talk about that one later.

Right? And they're really bad with visibility on social media. They love being the, like, secret, maybe one on one person or, like, small group person, but, like, social media, no way. Right? So the student will keep you stuck in concepts, not application. Who follows? Does it make sense? Right? So you're learning, learning, learning, learning, learning, not doing. The

practitioner will keep you stuck giving and not getting. It's called asymmetrical relationships, right, where you're giving, giving, giving, but not receiving. So does this starting to make some sense y'all? Okay. So what this means is there are three roles hear me now. You with me? Are you here? Are you alive? Yes? Okay. Are you with me? Pop a yes or give me a thumbs up. Okay. You need three different roles to get the success that you want in your coaching business, not two.

Okay? Here they are. You wanna have the student role where you're learning, the practitioner role where you're helping, and the entrepreneur role where you're earning. And the problem is you're trying to do something entrepreneurial, but the CEO of your business is a student or a practitioner who follows. Does this make sense y'all? Are you tracking? Okay. So let's talk about this.

Okay? Because I wanna break this down a little further for you. Okay? So when it comes to, like, helping people, your ability to help people, how do you feel about your results to help people right now? Like, you you feel confident, pretty decent, like, you know you can probably help people? What do you think? Generally, do you feel good about that? Yeah. Okay. Now when it comes to learning, who here feels, like, good about your results

learning? Like, you you wanna learn something, you know how to learn it. Right? You can find the information. Yes? Okay. What about your results and earning? How do you feel? Okay. Probably not the same. Okay. So let's talk about what it actually takes to get a result. Okay? So this is the results loop based on neuroscience. Okay? You start with your nervous system state. K? Your state determines everything else. Okay? So when you have a regulated

nervous system, that helps you get things done. When you're dysregulated, very hard to get shit done. Stressed, cracked out. Okay? Then you gotta get a skill set. Okay? So once you get it done and you know what to do, that produces results. Okay? Once you produce the result, that reinforces a regulated state, and it's a self fulfilling prophecy of success. This make sense? If this makes sense, just give me a thumbs up or pop a yes in the chat so I'd know. Okay. So let's just notice

something for a second. Okay? Let's just let's just check this out. Let's just explore and see if we can create some clarity for you. So I'm not gonna go super deep into Polyvagal theory, but I want you to understand that there are three states primarily or emotions, different things. They're all they're all versions of this. We have a green state, a yellow state, and a red state. Green is regulated. It's when you're in flow. It's when

you're making things happen. You're feeling good. Right? Who here feels like you're a little bit green right now? You're feeling green. You're feeling more regulated together. Okay? Who here felt green maybe even the second you decide to join this challenge or hop on this training, all of a sudden just being with other, you felt more regulated? Anybody? Give me a thumbs up or pop yes in the chat so I know. Okay. So then we have sympathetic, which is

fight or flight. So that's more stress, anxiety, anger. And then we have the dorsal or red, which is checked out dissociation, stuck, stop. Okay? Another way to think of it is green, yellow, red, right, is a window of tolerance where we have this, like, this we have our tolerance of what we can handle. Right? We get hyperaroused, which is too much, yellow, or we have hypoaroused, which is too little. Okay? So these are we could go so much deeper on this. I'm not going to because it's

not relevant for what we're doing here. Okay? But who here gets that we have these predominant three different states? And there's a different variety of these states. Red could be dissociated, sad, depressed, abandoned. There's different versions of red. There's different versions of yellow, angry, stressed, etcetera. Right? There's different versions of green. Right? But who here kind of basically understands the stoplight? You red, yellow, green. This is making sense

y'all? Okay. Just at a very sort of high level. Okay? So what this means is is that I want you to think about how this works. Okay? Who here feels like when it comes to, like, helping people, you're more in a green state? I'm curious. Give me a thumbs up or pop a yes in the chat. Okay. Okay. What about when it comes to learning? Are you more green, yellow, or red? Who here feel like you're more green? Okay. What about when it comes to earning? Are you in the same state? Yes or no? No.

Okay. So let's just notice, right, this. Okay? The fastest way to change your state is coregulation. Okay? Being with other. When we coregulate, which is what we're doing right now, okay, it gets you unstuck quickly beyond your survival responses. So what does that mean? A lot of times to regulate, we have to do breath work. We have to do psychedelics. We have to, like, do all these different

things. What we know is immediately being with somebody else who's in the same context as you, who's a safe person, is immediately impacts your state in a positive way. Okay? Who here feels like even more regulated just being here with us right now? I'm curious. Right? But you didn't do anything. You didn't do an affirmation. You didn't look at your astrology chart. Right? Mercury may or may not be in a retrograde. Right? You just

showed up. You're with other. It's immediate. Who felt that? Let me see if I show hands or pop a yes in the chat. Okay? Now once you have that coregulation, you get unstuck, and it goes beyond survival responses immediately without lots of work. That then helps you improve self regulation, and that puts you in control. Now some people are massed in self regulation. Yo. Let me ask you a question. Did you birth yourself on your own? Who here birthed themselves? Anybody? I don't

know one person who just decided to birth themselves. Who here had a mother that birthed them? Anybody? Okay. So we start with coregulation. Right? The mother's physiology, the mother's heartbeat, the mother's thoughts and feelings and environment. There is no such thing as self regulation first. Everything starts with coregulation. Okay? That improves our self regulation. So who here feels like, now that you've been here and you're with us, that, wait a minute. I can think better. I'm

getting clearer. I can maybe have more choices. Who here is already experiencing that? Let me see if I give me a thumbs up or just pop a s in the chat so I know. Okay? So you get unstuck quickly. That helps you self regulate. Once you start to self regulate, you're in control. Once you're in control, you can create success on your terms. Does this make sense y'all? Okay. So this is why state is so important. So let's

check it out. Who here feels like when it comes to your nervous system state as a student, you're primarily green when it comes to learning, and that has produced knowledge and preparation for you? Beautiful. Okay? What about as a practitioner? Who here feels generally green about helping people and being able to impact them as a result? Right? The nervous system state is green. The skill set is helping, and your results, I can help other

people. I can serve other people. Who here feels that that's generally true for you? Give me a thumbs up or pop a yes in the chat. Yes? Mostly everybody. Now what about entrepreneur? Who here feels like you might be in a red or yellow state when it comes to earning money? I'm curious. Anybody? Okay. So it's important to understand that your nervous system state is the first thing we wanna work on, and the way to do that is through coregulation.

It is not going out and doing something by yourself and then getting into coregulation. That's a void behavior. Okay? And the reason why most business trainings fail is because they miss this piece. Who follows? Does this make sense? And changing your state is not just like a peak state. There's so many things that go into that. We'll get more into that. Okay?

But who here gets that the results your earning results are not what you want them to be because it starts with your state not being what you want to be in earning. Does that make sense? You have a different state when it comes to earning. If that makes sense, just give me a yes or pop a thumbs up just so I know. Yes? Okay. Because we're talking neuroscience.
