So with the entrepreneur nervous system, right, we are persistent in business in the pursuit of all things marketing, sales, etcetera. Okay? We are oriented towards financial abundance. We embrace challenges and risks. We walk into them. Something scary, I'm here. Let's go. I'm terrified. I talk about the vomit. That's the prerequisite for success. Right? I can't tell you how many times right before the most successful moments in my life, I'm like,

Right? Terrifying. And we also have to make quick decisions with limited information, and those quick decisions can be activating and triggering. Right? Which is the opposite of healing. Right? When I'm when I couldn't walk for six months because my feet were just so messed up in 2020, okay, I wasn't, like, trying to sprint on my feet. Who follows? Does this make sense? I work so

hard to be able to be on my feet again. And guess what? Now that I'm on my feet, I run, I move, I do all these things with awareness, but I'm not walking like I used to walk when I was injured. Thank God. Who follows? This makes sense? So you wanna honor the hard work that you've done by stepping into activation and this is what turns great coaches into successful entrepreneurs. Okay? So let's talk about activation technique number one. Okay?

It's we wanna do a reframe. Okay? So when we say I need to learn more before I'm ready that creates a false sense of safety. Who follows? This makes sense? Right? When you're like, let me learn more about my trauma. Let me learn more about my history. Let me learn more about blank. Okay? What we want to reframe is no. I'm gonna stop that thought and I'm gonna take persistent action and learn as I go while feeling activated, scared, and triggered.

So I'd like you to make a list for a second. Okay? What are all the things right now? What are all the things right now that you're like, you know what? Let me learn more first. Think about that for a second. What are all the things that you're saying to learn more first about your trauma? Just just list it out for a second. Okay? I have to learn more about my trauma. I have to learn more where that came from. I have to learn more about this, I have to learn more about that.

How many educational prerequisites are you putting in your way? I'm curious. How many? Let's just take a second to think about that, okay? How many are you putting in your way? 12, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 15, 30, Right? How many? I had to learn more something. I have to learn more this. Learn more that. Let's start to think about one specific action step. Right? One goal that you could maybe do weekly or daily. Right? For example, I'm

gonna reach out to 20 potential clients this week. Right? Or what did yesterday. I'm gonna go post a story on social media, something. But we wanna have one specific thing. Right? Instead of saying I'm gonna learn more, let me learn more about client acquisition. You know what? I'm gonna post on social media. Instead of learning more about, sales, I'm just gonna invite someone to have a conversation. Right? Instead of learning more about

entrepreneurship, I'm just going to say yes to something. I'm gonna reach out. I'm gonna risk. Okay? So think about what would happen, what would you do if all the things you had to learn more were not a factor, what's one step you could take? Right now with no more learning prerequisites. So we want the next specific thing. Now let me ask you a question. Does anybody here have the next specific thing that could be thirty seconds to a minute to

do? Literally just like I'm gonna name my business, it may not be in my business name forever, we want like a thirty second to one minute one step in that direction, what's one thing you could do right now? Take not this big thing where I have to do all the learning and all the things. What's the one thing that you could do right now knowing that you could shift it later? And just notice as we're getting really specific what's happening in your body right now.

Anybody feeling any level of activation? Yes. Okay. Excitement can also be activation. Give yourself a little bit of time, a little bit of fun if you will, okay, to be able to do this and have fun with it. Have fun with it. It doesn't need to be serious. It doesn't need to be something again, we live in a digital world. Nothing is written in stone. Okay? So the student is going to take a specific next step without any more learning. How

liberating is that? We're never gonna stop learning we're gonna learn experientially now though. Okay? The practitioner is gonna start to put yourself first in your coaching business. You're gonna put your money first. You're gonna reallocate funds. It's incredible what you can really do when you really start to think about this. When you really look at your finances, you could find money when you really look at how you spend money. You can find it. It's really simple to find and also generate.

Okay? Think about that. Okay? Who follows? Does this make sense? Now let me ask you a question. Okay? Who here feels like you might have some doubts or concerns about your ability to help people? I'm curious. Okay? I don't really know enough. Okay? The flip side is while you can never be fully prepared hear me now. You have spent your whole life getting ready.

You spent your whole life getting ready. Okay? So when I go through expansions, the reason why my contractions are smaller than my expansions is because of life experience. Right? Who I am today versus who I was ten years ago versus who I was twenty years ago, right, is different. I have different skill sets now, different perspectives now, different understanding now, different capacity

now. So when you're in the part of you doesn't feel worthy, able, capable, that part doesn't know you're today years old but the skills that you have. So think about all the skills you've acquired, all the things that you've struggled with. And if all you had to do is be a second grader to a first grader, who here feels like you could help a lot of people? I'm curious. Okay? Even if it felt uncomfortable. So let's really look at this third step. Okay? I need to feel

fully prepared. It never happens. Okay? Entrepreneur nervous system says, I thrive in uncertainty. I feel overwhelmed. I feel triggered, and I learn from challenges. And I do it while having no proof that it's possible because we don't have any proof it's possible till the next level arrives. And then we go, what was I worried about the whole time? Okay. So if something feels sort of vague, so what is something that you could do that feels

uncomfortable or activating in your body? So you have this intellectual idea. Right? What is the next step that you could take? And we want it to have a level of discomfort and uncomfortability. So who here can think of one thing you could do that would be uncomfortable, that you've been avoiding, that you've been putting off and you know what it is? Here's the thing. When people come to us and we're like, what do you wanna do with your life? What kind of business do you wanna have? You wanna

know what most people say to us? Okay. Exactly. They say, I don't know. And you wanna know what we know when they say, I don't know? We say bullshit in our to ourselves. When someone's like, I don't know what I wanna do. I'm like, bullshit. Show me your Pinterest right now. Show it to me. Show me your saved folder on Instagram. Show me your diary. What do you complain about to your friends? Bullshit. Right? Who are you jealous of, envious of? Who do you follow? You know exactly

what you want to do. Exactly what you wanna do. It's just that there's a fear. Right? So you think that you don't know, but we know that you do know. And we know that you know that you know also. You know? You wouldn't be here otherwise. Nobody shows up to a third day of coaching business live to an early session that they didn't know. Right? And you know. Right? We wanna have your behavior aligned with your knowing.

So what's the one thing right now you could do that you've been putting off justifying that feels uncomfortable, that feels like a stretch? Could you do it right now if we gave you three minutes? Could you go on social media and post a story? Could you tell somebody that you have a group offer coming up in September who's available and

wants to buy it from you because you already served a high level group? Not that there's anybody in this room that would do that or has served a recently a high level group who has a group coaching offer coming out September that they could let the high level group know is happening and let them have an offer for the high level group. Not that there's anyone here that that specifically applies to. Okay. But there might there might be one person here I'm talking to specifically

about that. Right? But what's the one thing that you could do right now that would expand you, that would grow you, that would make you feel uncomfortable? Telling people about my upcoming course. Okay. How would you do it? Would you post an Instagram story? Would you let somebody know on Facebook? Maybe we go on Facebook and we say, Hey guys, I have a course coming out in September. It's about blank. That's it. Let me like, does that sound cool to you? What do you think

about that? Something like that. You could post a story about it and the feedback and the response doesn't matter. Right? It's just the fact that you did it. Right? I bet there's one person here who has a group program starting in September who has at least one person they know they could invite to that program whether or not they say yes, who knows? But they don't have to have any automation set up to do that. They could probably email or text them or message

them directly. Okay? Say hey, I have this group program coming up. It's about blank. What do you think? Right? What's the one thing? What would be a step if you never posted on any business on social media? Maybe that's the first step is posting, right? Or the first step is going and booking something locally, Right? And saying, you know what? I wanna book an event at this gym. I wanna book an event and do a workshop at a certain specific

place. Right? So what's one thing? And here's the thing y'all. You know and we know that you know And you tell us that you don't know, but we know that you know. And now you know that we know that you know. We know that you know that you know. I'm gonna say that one more time. We know that you know that you know. So what's that one thing that's uncomfortable that you could do? I'm gonna write it down. Let's write it down real quick.

Okay. So we have we have the thing you're gonna do that you don't need to learn more about. You're gonna put yourself first financially, and now there's this one thing you know that if you do the thing, everything else starts to shift and change.
