Of the most important nutrients are among the hardest to absorb. LiveOnLab's changed that by introducing the first supplements made with a liposome encapsulation technology, the goo. LiveOnLab's lipospheric supplements help my cells absorb and use the nutrients I need to nourish my nervous system, support my immune fight oxidative stress, maintain my cognitive health, and produce energy. Magoo is packed with brain supporting nutrient choline and no sugar, no glycerin, no artificial flavors, or

any other junk ingredients. Just the nutrients my body needs delivered in a way that I can finally absorb. When I take these, I can feel the difference. Sometimes I'm so stressed that it can be hard to absorb things and it just goes right in. Whether it's the vitamin c, the vitamin b, the glutathione, I feel an immediate state change. That's why I go for the goo and why you should

too. For listeners of this podcast only, Live On Labs is giving free samples of all six lipospheric supplements, which is a $30 value free with your first purchase. Go to liveonlabs.com/maston. That's liv0nlads.com/maston. Live on labs Com / maston and follow the instructions on the page. With the money back satisfaction guarantee, what's the risk of trying a smarter way to supplement? Join me in going for the goo and never looking back.

Let's just think about this for a second. Let's get super practical. To become a successful student practitioner, think about what you did. Did you get co regulation first? I don't know anybody who graduated college before they went to college. Think about this. Who here has a degree education of some kind? I'm curious. You have, like, college degree, master's, PhD. Okay. Did you get coregulation first? Did you have a teacher? Did you have a

student? Did you do have a mentor? Yes or no? Okay. So think about this. Did you go to when you were thinking about maybe going to college, were you like, well, I'm gonna go to college, but first, let me go learn everything on my own. Did you do that? No. I did that. I never went back. Okay? But it's important to understand that you started with coregulation. You started with teaching and mentorship. And by the way, did you invest? Did you spend money on college or education? Yes or no? Okay. So

just notice the order. You had coregulation, you invested, and then you started to get better at self regulation. Maybe your learning skills improved. You couldn't understand a concept. You got feedback, and it got clarification. Eventually, you created success. Who here can see that pathway as a student that you did that? Let me see if I show your hands. I'm probably yes in the chat. Okay. What about a practitioner? Did you decide to learn EMDR on your own and then go study

EMDR with somebody? Or did you who here, when you learned a modality, you had coregulation. You had a mentor. You had someone who taught you the modality. Okay? And did you get better at regulating yourself or feeling confident in that time over time because you had that support? Yes or no? Yes. Okay? So and then you create

success. So I want you to understand. You've created success as a student and practitioner with coregulation through investing in a teacher or a mentor, which improved your self regulation, which eventually created success. Does this make sense, y'all? I wanna make sure this makes sense. Okay? So what happens is we get in what's called the learning helping trap. And that's when you stay stuck in a student and helper

mode, but you expect entrepreneurial results. That means that you're gonna learn, learn, learn, learn, learn, and make money. Doesn't work that way. It's gonna help, help, help, help, help, and make money. It doesn't work that work that way. Okay? Who follows? This make sense? Who here feels like you might be stuck in a learning helping trap? Anybody? That might be true for you. Okay? Because we wanna create that clarity in this moment. Okay? So it kinda looks like

this. Okay? We meet people who are great at helping, great at learning, but not great at earning. So they have a very well developed student, a very well developed practitioner, and a tiny entrepreneur, and they tell themselves they've tried everything. The problem is your approach has not been the same approach you've already taken to become successful. Now what I can tell you is after fifteen years of doing this, okay, Jenna and I discovered the hard way of how to make money.

Okay? And you get to save all that time, all that money, and learn the simple and easy way. But could I show you what I think the hard way looks like? Would that be okay? Okay. Check this out. Okay? Okay, Masten. So first, I'm gonna pray. I'm I'm a do a webinar. I'm gonna get burned out. I have to do business training, but then I gotta be grateful, but I'll hold on a second. Now I gotta do internal family systems, and let me do

my weight training. And then I might do some sound healing, but my mindset needs to get worked on. Then I'm gonna launch. Wait. Nina, I need to journal, but hold on a second. I have to do psychedelics while I do a guided meditation, but I gotta need to do some brain spotting. Let me tap into some bro marketing and just kinda sell some shit. But, nope, I'm a do it alone by

myself. That doesn't work. And then I'm gonna manifest it through talk therapy and spirituality and homeopathic medicine, and I'm gonna be anti inflammatory. I'm gonna breath work. Cold plunge. Money? Where did it go? Who do who am I talking to right now? Anybody? Okay. This is a hard way. This is hard. And it's expensive. Okay. Who am I talking to? Okay. So we're not gonna do it this way. Okay. We're gonna do it a different way. Okay? Because the hard way leads

to paralysis, and we don't want you to be paralyzed anymore. We want you to be able to move freaking forward. Okay? The hard way leads to paralysis. Okay? So what we want you to understand is is that the thing that you have in common between you and your results as a practitioner, student, entrepreneur is your state. Okay? And we want you to understand that you can repeat childhood conditioning in relationships. Whoever done that where you had a relationship and you repeat something

from the past. Right? Who's ever done this? Okay? You can do the same thing in your business. Okay? You can repeat conditioning because we have a that that's part of what human beings do. So becoming successful in your coaching business is a way to stop repeating your childhood also. Okay? So my question for you is, if you really think about it, over the last five years, which role have you focused on most being in? The student role or the practitioner role?

Just think about that for a second. Okay? Which role have you focused in being in most? Whatever state you've been in, that's where you feel the safest. Okay? And so what we want is to recognize, hold on a second. I need to change my approach. But here's the deal. Who here gets that right now you're coregulating with us, and that's that's the nervous system regulation is this container for right now. Who does that make sense? Your who follows. Okay? So when it comes to, like, making

money and earning y'all ready for this? Okay. Y'all ready? These are the things that we need. Okay? We gotta get clear on what are your unique gifts and how do we offer them to the world. Right? If we don't start with that, you're gonna leave yourself out of your business. Okay? We have to clarify what problem you're solving with those gifts. Right? So this is what I'm good at. And then what's the problem in the world? What will people pay for? Okay? We create what's called a minimum viable

product. Right? For most of us, that's gonna be a high ticket offer. Right? I've sold things, which I'll talk more about later, just like on the fly, just making stuff up. Okay? And then we wanna clarify what are called disruptive beliefs, right, which is, like, things that you believe to be true that kinda ruffle feathers that, like, really help you, like, push the push the status quo forward. Right? And then express them on social media. Right? That will then help you

refine your niche. By the way, we don't start with niche. Right? We do all those other stuff first. Okay? We wanna master trauma informed sales. We wanna master client attraction, which is always having people come to us, and then master copywriting. Copywriting is different than content. Copywriting is what gets people to take action. Content is like educating people. Copywriting is like what gets people to, like, sign up for something or to join

something or to buy something. Okay? So I'm just kinda curious. Who here feels like in these eight skills, you're just, like, dominating life? You're just crushing it with these eight skills? Probably not. Okay? So what I'm trying to tell you now when you think about doing these things also, do you get regulated or dysregulated just looking at that that list? Do you go green, yellow, or red? Okay?

So it's important to understand that if you are approaching trying to execute these skills as a student, you're gonna learn everything and never do it. If you try to approach these skills as a practitioner, you're gonna help and help and help but never really do it. Okay? So we need a different part of you, a different role, a different side of you to emerge to be able to x to learn these skills so that you can get there

fast. And so when you look at those eight skills, okay, those are the skills our clients have learned to produce 10, 50 k months, hundred k months. It's what we do all the time in our business. Okay? So who follows? Does this make sense at a high level, y'all? This is a high level. We're we're gonna go deeper into this. But who here is getting like, oh my god. This is why my score is so low in that area. I don't have the coregulation,

and I don't have the skills. Who follows? Does this make sense? So my state is a dysregulated state, and I'm lacking a skill set. So, of course, you're gonna produce the results you're producing right now. It only makes sense that you would. Who follows? Y'all tracking? Okay. So and, again, remember, don't this is not time for shame. This is not time to feel bad about yourself. This is time to go, oh, I'm just learning what my actual problem is. I thought I had a different problem. This is

an actual problem. But I would love to hear the takeaways because sometimes the the there's so much value in what people are learning, not just, learning it on your own. So if you'd like to share, awesome. Howdy. I'm already unmuted. Hi. Good to see you. Oh, yeah. With mute wars, like, we'll unmute you. Yeah. No problem. Thank you. Yeah. And yeah. So what's your strategic takeaway? What are you learning? The, I felt some resistance into, quote, unquote, facilitating

because we are different people. We don't know, one another. And then who is showing up to be like, hey, do you wanna start or should I start? Are we talking in time's up? And I felt that it would be appropriate to do it and at the same time I had this judgment that, is it for me to do that? Yes. Or, am I am I pulling the curtain? Like the, like, preventing someone else to do it? Yeah. So there was those two things talking

at at the same time. And I think it is a representation of the way I show up, which is second guessing should I do it. That's right. So let's notice for a second. Right? So this is so powerful. Right? When it comes to learning new things, right, would you say that that state of second guessing yourself is present, or do you feel like you're pretty good at learning things? Very good at learning things. Okay. I'm very good at second guessing. Okay. Okay. I understand.

But in general, like, does it seem like when you're learning, are you second guessing yourself as much? Would you say you're more red, yellow, or green when you're No. When I'm learning, I'm not second guessing. Okay. Perfect. When you're helping, would you say you're more red, yellow, or green? Green. Okay. And when you go to do the business And when when A little yellow. A little yellow. I would be, like,

very green or green. Yeah. And from time to time, could be yellow if I'm going into my head and I'm like, I am I, like, acting or performing? That's right. That's right. Okay. So notice. So learning, green, helping, green with some yellow, and then when it comes to all the business stuff. Right? What what state would you say you go to? Because if you're stopping, that's a red state, by the way. If you're if you're over I would alternate between probably, like, very yellow and

red. That's right. So do you see how you're like this? It goes it's like it's like learning, helping, earning in terms of your nervous system state. Does that make sense? It's just like, Mhmm. Right? And, like, by the way, I love that you're sharing this with us because the thing is if you're asking yourself, who am I to do this? And you're overthinking. Right? What you're not doing is the skills, the behavior. Right? And so that's why when we think about the results, right, it's state,

skill set, result. Right? So if you're in a red state that manifests as overthinking or second guessing, you're never gonna actually get the into the game to get the skill. Does that make sense? Like, you're actually never gonna develop the skill, and what's the result gonna be? It's not gonna be a good result. And the problem is what happens when we do that long enough, that becomes an identity. Right? Where I am a person who and then I'm in an unsolvable

problem. I might as well just stick to learning. Right? And maybe I'm not supposed to do this. Right? So it becomes self fulfilling prophecy. Does that make sense? Right? So is that is that what do you do with what I'm saying? I'm curious. Part part of me is welcoming it and another part is like, yeah. But Yeah. But Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Makes sense. Yeah. The the if there wasn't resistance, you wouldn't be growing. Right? So I'm I'm sure if you've ever

done weightlifting or any type of physical movement, right, there's gonna be resistance. Right? So we can work with your resistance. Right? And please, like, whenever there's a yeah, but, like, let it be there. Right? And also just know that, like, we're poking at the bear right now. Right? Like, we're we're poking on the one area where it's like, you know, you seem like a really smart, competent, kind, generous, amazing, intelligent person, and then we're over

and and also very capable. Right? So you have, like, this area where it's like, okay. I'm not that great over here. So we're I'm we're kinda poking at it on purpose, not to judge, but to actually elevate. Right? Because we wanna eventually get you the entrepreneur role into green. That's our goal. Right? And the people who are getting the results, ten k, fifty k, hundred k months, they're at minimum in yellow green. But you can't do much in red because you're just not doing

anything. Right? So thank you for sharing. Let me get to the beautiful moment.
