Of the most important nutrients are among the hardest to absorb. LiveOnLab's changed that by introducing the first supplements made with a liposome encapsulation technology, the goo. LiveOnLab's lipospheric supplements help my cells absorb and use the nutrients I need to nourish my nervous system, support my immune fight oxidative stress, maintain my cognitive health, and produce energy. Magoo is packed with brain supporting nutrient choline and no sugar, no glycerin, no artificial flavors, or
any other junk ingredients. Just the nutrients my body needs delivered in a way that I can finally absorb. When I take these, I can feel the difference. Sometimes I'm so stressed that it can be hard to absorb things and it just goes right in. Whether it's the vitamin c, the vitamin b, the glutathione, I feel an immediate state change. That's why I go for the goo and why you should
too. For listeners of this podcast only, Live On Labs is giving free samples of all six lipospheric supplements, which is a $30 value free with your first purchase. Go to liveonlabs.com/maston. That's liv0nlads.com/maston. Live on labs Com / maston and follow the instructions on the page. With the money back satisfaction guarantee, what's the risk of trying a smarter way to supplement? Join me in going for the goo and never looking back. Becoming successful is your
therapy. Meaning, getting to the 5 or $10,000 a month or more, the hundred thousand dollars a month or more, That is your therapy. Embodying that is the work. The reason why I say that is because too many people stuck in nervous system dominance of student practitioners say, I'll get started on the business stuff, but I gotta do the work first. Let let me go do therapy on it first. Let me go do a little more clear on something. Let me do a
couple more tapping or EMDR sessions. No. The process of becoming successful, of saying yes, of risking, of courageous and perfect action, of being vulnerable, of being seen, of asserting yourself, and setting boundaries, and receiving money, and helping people, and being rejected, and all that stuff, that is the work. Not talking about it with a third party and then getting back into it eventually. Who follows? This makes sense? The work is social media. The work is
sales. The work is marketing. The work is copy. The work is what is my niche. That is the work, not talking about how hard it is to find those things with somebody else and hopefully one day getting back into it. We wanna go from activation, taking the first step to embodiment in business behavior, not on a couch or on a Zoom call, one to one with a therapist or coach who follows. This makes sense? We wanna be in motion behaviorally doing things necessary to be successful in
business. Does that make sense y'all? I'm not asking you to agree. I just wanna know if that makes sense to you. So if it does, let's take a let's ask a question here. Okay? Over the last five years, which, have you focused most, focused on most of the time? Have you spent more time helping, more time learning? Has it been more sort of, like, equal? Right? But where have you been mostly? Okay. So that means your automatic default is gonna be wanting to
learn or to help, not to earn. Okay. You're gonna wanna talk about it. And here's the thing. Okay. Who here has heard about top down, bottom up stuff? Right? Bottom up is, like, more of emotional processing. Top down is more, like, cognitive stuff. Okay? In business, okay, the the bottom up stuff is super important. Right? But the bottom up stuff, the emotions, the trauma of it all, if we linger in that, won't help you get the result that
you want. And we tend to overvalue it in business because that belongs in a practitioner conversation. The bottom up stuff yo. My bottom up in my business depends on the day. My bottom up going crazy sometimes. Right? Because it's just something you don't see coming. Right? It's the top down being in control, navigating your business that really matters, and integrating the bottom up, but not having the bottom up be the CEO. Who follows? This make sense? Right? Chief executive
officer. Where's your executive function live? Here or here? Where does it live? Come on, y'all neuro neuroscience geeks. It's up here. Okay? So we want this to be in charge, not dismissing bottom up and not having bottom up be in charge. Now in a room like this, that could be a little dangerous because when you're talking about mass and you don't don't gonna bypass me, it's like, no. No. No. We're not talking about bypassing anything.
We're talking about who needs to be in charge, who wants to be in control, who's gonna drive the ship. And the answer is here, and it's harder. Right? Executive function is harder. Making a decision is harder. Getting it into actual action is harder than feeling it or thinking about it. Who follows? Does this make sense? Right? Making a decision is harder than feeling what it would feel like to make a
decision. Right? And making a decision about the future is scarier than making a new decision about the past because the past is certain. The future is uncertain. It's a beautiful moment when we can heal our trauma and say, you know what? This didn't mean that. It means this, and I'm gonna make a different choice. But the future, anything could happen. Right? And so when we talk about business coaching success,
that's the most important piece. Now what we know is that the only difference between practitioners and coaches who are thriving financially, working with awesome clients, and making an impact versus those who are broke, stuck, and overwhelmed is one thing. Okay? It's not just a nervous system. Okay? It's an activated and embodied entrepreneurial nervous system. So we wanna activate it, and we wanna embody it. Meaning, we wanna start taking the steps. We wanna start taking that first
step, then the second step, then the third step. We're not worried about the whole journey, just that first step. We wanna activate it in sales. Just take that first step. We wanna activate it in marketing, take that first step. We wanna activate it with support, take that first step. We wanna fear it, but then we wanna turn that feeling into behavior. Does that make sense? Right? It's not activated if it's not behavior based in business. It's not
activated. Emotion you can activate emotions. Yes. You can activate thoughts. Yes. In your business, it's not activated until it's a behavior, not just a feeling. Does that make sense y'all? So we look at the entrepreneurial nervous system. It drives you to monetize your skills as a student and a practitioner. It pushes you to learn fast, to take risks, and to turn your knowledge into income. This mindset helps you pivot from learning to earning before you feel ready.
Who's down for this? If you're down for this, give me a yes. That's a way you can start to activate your entrepreneurial nervous system by by saying, you say that to us, you say it to yourself. That's a way of saying yes. That's the first step in activating it. Okay. Beautiful. Okay. And here's the thing. Entrepreneurial nervous system activation and embodiment is the key to unlocking your 6 or 7 figure coaching business without
repeating childhood conditioning. So sometimes people will say to us, Masten, I was successful before, but I burned out, and I'm afraid of burning out again. Right? Okay. Well, burning out, the way you did it, you probably did it by yourself without support, and you probably were the only one that people could count on just like when you were younger. Let's not do that moving forward. So we wanna activate and embody without repeating. Right? Who follows? That make sense
y'all? So, okay, this is our goal right here. You we want you to have three balanced embodied nervous system types. So it's not just the student nervous system, the practitioner nervous system, the entrepreneur nervous system. We want you to have an embodied student nervous system, an embodied practitioner nervous system, and an embodied entrepreneurial nervous system. What does embodiment mean? It means it's through you, in you, as you behaviorally. It's not just a concept, it's
behavior. Right? And you already have an embodied student nervous system. Who here feels that you can learn on your own? No problem. You can go read a book, go down a rabbit hole. All good. Right? Or you can help people. No problem. That's embodiment. Right? But who here feels like you have work to do when it comes to embodying the entrepreneurial nervous system? Right? That part of you hasn't really activated or embodied
yet because it's not second nature. Okay? So our goal is to help you activate and embody your entrepreneurial nervous system. Think about this for a second. When you when you've learned a modality or a process, right, is that something you just learn in five seconds and all of a sudden it's embodied? Right. How much time have you spent just time learning and helping and then getting good at learning and helping. How much time have you spent? Years. Okay? Embodiment takes practice over time.
Who follows? This make sense? Okay. We will get you activated, get you going, and create momentum, but our goal is for you to have embodiment. Now the good news is you don't have to become an entrepreneur. So we're not becoming an entrepreneur. We just need to activate and embody your entrepreneurial nervous system, which is a specific set of skills. Okay? So when we look at the different nervous systems, okay, we look at an embodied student nervous system. Well, what is the what is the
embodied student doing? Right? They have a curious mind, and they love to learn new things all the time. But they ask lots of questions about topics they don't understand. They contact their mentor for extra guidance. They communicate regularly and generatively with their classmates or peers. They're excellent at organizing their time to study and prep for tests. They love to follow imposed structures of learning. They're optimistic about learning new topics, that they're
unfamiliar with. Right? They effectively take responsibility for their learning. They're able to adapt to different learning styles and environments. Okay? They show up to class prepared and are ready for more instruction to understand. Who here feels like you love this shit right here? This is like, I got this embodied down. I'm good to go. And there's two more parts of the embodied nervous system for students. Right? We're actively taking
notes, and y'all love extra credit. Extra credit is in your nervous system. You don't want a four o. You want a five o. Who knows I'm rocking about? You feel like I are embodied over delivering in my learning. I don't want a four point o. That's for losers. Yes. Okay? Who it feels like when it comes to learning, that stuff is relatively on not autopilot, but maybe even autopilot for you. Okay? So you got that. Okay? Beautiful. Okay?
What about an embodied practitioner nervous system? Okay. Well, they're curious about their clients. They care about their clients. They're present with their clients. They're patient with their clients. Right? They stay connected to their clients. They are confident in their skills to help their clients. They have the courage to tell their clients the truth. Right? They have compassion for the process their clients are in. They offer their perspective. They're knowledgeable
about their field. Right? They're optimistic about their clients' outcomes, and they're pragmatic. Who here feels like you got this now? If you don't have clients yet, this could just be your friends because you're their free coach. Right? Either way, whether you have clients or not yet, whoever feels like you got this on lock. That's almost automatic for you. You can just drop into this. No problem. Yes? Okay. So this is very, very familiar for
you. Would that be true to say? You can feel the energy change. Okay. What are the traits of an embodied entrepreneurial nervous system? Okay. Yeah. They're like, I feel resistance all of a sudden. I don't know. I gotta go now. All of a sudden, It's a topic of the time. I've been here supposed to be here till Sunday, but gosh, you know what? Something just came out. Right? What are the traits of an embodied entrepreneurial nervous system? What do you think y'all? What do you think? Let's look
at them. Okay? Let's look at them. Just giving you a second to let that sink in. Alright? The traits of embodied entrepreneur nervous system, you are annoyed this is all in the context of business. You are knowingly persistent at your business. Marketing, selling, sales, customer support, whatever whatever has to happen. You're you just don't give up no matter what. You just cannot die. You're a honey badger. Honey badger doesn't give up.
Right? You're just doing it. Okay? That's me, by the way. I'm a honey badger. That's my spirit animal. Okay? They are oriented towards financial abundance. Right? So you have an orientation towards more, not less. Okay? They love obstacles that seem impossible to others. Okay? In business. Like, I don't know. Never mind can solve that business problem. I can. Right? They love having a team support them. They're not lone wolves. They're not solopreneurs. They love having a team support
them. Right? They love risk, and they love stress in business. Like, oh, stress and risk, and don't know what's gonna happen. I'm in. Right? They love making money. They love keeping money. They love marketing. I got something new. I'm excited. Let's talk about it. They love selling. Right? They love learning on the fly. Right? They love making decisions without all the information, and they love pivoting as soon as new information is available in business. Who here
feels like you got this on lock? Like, this is just what you do all day, every day. No problem. You just crush it. Maybe not. Whoever feels like you might need some help in this area. Okay. Okay. So here's the deal. Okay? Success is a result of embodying your entrepreneurial nervous system to run your coaching business. Not to lead your life, not to run your relationship. Okay. None of that. Not to talk to God
or whatever. Okay. No. We want your entrepreneurial nervous system to be in charge of your coaching business and certainly before you make a sale. After you make a sale, practitioner out. Help away. But we want to put your entrepreneurial nervous system in charge. Who follows this? Make sense? Conceptually.
