Of the most important nutrients are among the hardest to absorb. LiveOnLab's changed that by introducing the first supplements made with a liposome encapsulation technology, the goo. LiveOnLab's lipospheric supplements help my cells absorb and use the nutrients I need to nourish my nervous system, support my immune fight oxidative stress, maintain my cognitive health, and produce energy. Magoo is packed with brain supporting nutrient choline and no sugar, no glycerin, no artificial flavors, or

any other junk ingredients. Just the nutrients my body needs delivered in a way that I can finally absorb. When I take these, I can feel the difference. Sometimes I'm so stressed that it can be hard to absorb things and it just goes right in. Whether it's the vitamin c, the vitamin b, the glutathione, I feel an immediate state change. That's why I go for the goo and why you should

too. For listeners of this podcast only, Live On Labs is giving free samples of all six lipospheric supplements, which is a $30 value free with your first purchase. Go to liveonlabs.com/maston. We live in a world today, many of you probably either experience this or have clients or know people that do, high anxiety. Anyone here struggle with anxiety or know people that do? Okay. Here's the thing. Fear and stress is pressure that you do not deal with. Okay? But pressure is something that you're applying to yourself to be able to help you reach the next level in your business. And so what we're gonna help you do is channel pressure in a different way. I'm

gonna say it now, and I'll remind you throughout this entire process. We're here for results. And so what that means is pressure is a privilege. You get the privilege to have ambition. You get the privilege to apply pressure to yourself to create financial freedom. You get the privilege to have pressure to start growing scale a coaching business. It is not a day at the spot. I just wanna make sure that we're tapping in to the same group think here so that we understand context because we do do

trauma informed, and we'll get into that. But I wanted to understand that it's really rare to combine trauma informed nervous system focused work with the idea of excellence, with the idea of high performance, with the idea of reaching the next level, with the idea of ambition. Usually, you have one side that's healing, another side that's performing. We're gonna help you step into both.

But in this context, this is about helping you have more ambition and stop apologizing for wanting to be excellent in your life. Because I think a lot of times what happens is you have a high standard for what you wanna set, in the world, whether it's a financial standard, it's an impact standard, it's taking care of your family, whatever it might be.

But the people around you don't really understand. Right? Like, you have a level of hunger, a level of desire, a level of growth or ambition that maybe other people can make wrong. And I want you to know that here, your ambition is welcome. Here, your growth, your desire is welcome, and we're gonna help challenge you gently and with a very precise process to level up your game with the context of

results, not theory who follows. This makes sense? We wanna focus on results because the truth is in a world today where we have so much information, so much AI, so much uncertainty, so much, like, data being thrown at us everywhere. Theory is, like, not even close to what you need. We need to get it into practice who follows. Does this make sense? Who here feels like on some level

you already know what to do? You just haven't done it for whatever reason. On some level, there's an awareness around maybe something visibility wise, maybe something in terms of serving other people, maybe there's something around sales, maybe there's something around marketing. Like, this is not your first rodeo. Does that make sense? I'm just I'm I'm assuming that's true. Is that true y'all? If it's not, that's cool too.

But I think that usually when we meet people, they've done other programs, they've tried other things, and knowledge is not the problem. If knowledge were the problem, none of us would need what we're creating here, which is that support, that coregulation. And so I wanna congratulate you for being someone who has high standards, for someone who has ambition, and for someone who has likely been through something really difficult in

your life or multiple difficult things, and you said, you know what? I went through this hard thing, and, oh my gosh, this is incredible. This is amazing. I wanna serve other people with this. Who here feels like you've been through hard stuff, you figured some stuff out, and that informed your journey? Is that true? So if that's the case, thank you for being here. Now let's roll. Who here has heard this term nervous system regulation? So nervous system regulation is great. We wanna

focus on that. But I want you to understand this key difference. Okay? There is a difference between regulating your nervous system because you're not dealing with something. You're avoiding something. You're pushing it off. You're not taking the steps you need to take, so you're out of alignment, and that creates stress and anxiety. That's one way to regulate your

nervous system. The other way to regulate your nervous system is from making the leap, from doing the thing, from facing it, from going straight into the fire and saying, you know what? I'm going into the unknown. I don't know what's gonna happen to me, but I'm moving forward. I'm taking action, and I'm gonna regulate my nervous system that way because I'm regulating performance. I'm regulating the tiredness of, like, doing the thing I gotta do today versus the anxiety of

avoidance of the thing I gotta do today. So you can regulate avoidance, or we can regulate handling it. And we're gonna encourage you today and perhaps longer to regulate handling it and no longer avoid it. Who follows? Does this make sense? Who here feels like when you start to get results in your life or you even think about a plan or you start to think about goals, the first thing that happens is your brain gives you all the reasons why not? Anybody? Like,

here oh, but the dates, the time, the this, the that. Okay? So I want you to understand that how you navigate the obstacles will determine your level up. If you think that leveling up means no obstacles, you don't understand what leveling up means. Okay? People who level up, people who are have an entrepreneurial nervous system that's embodied, okay, they know obstacles are gonna happen, and they produce the result no matter what life throws their way. Okay? Amateurs and people

who are just kinda hobbyists. Okay? They like, hobbyists kinda, like, do it, like, if you tell them to. Right? Amateurs will do it if the conditions are right, but someone who has an entrepreneurial nervous system does it no matter what. Okay? So would you rather be in terms of your intention? Is this a hobby for you where you're like, well, if everything lines up and Mercury is not in retrograde and I get everybody's

approval, then I'll do it. Right? That's the hobbyist. The amateur is like, well, you know, if I don't have any obstacles, this you know, if if conditions are right and, you know what? Someone tells me if a fairy godmother comes in and tells me to do it, I need 10 signs, then I'll do it. Right? That's more of an amateur. Someone with a really embodied entrepreneur nervous system says, I'm gonna make this happen no matter what. Right? No matter what let Mercury retrograde. No

matter what's coming my way. I've been through some shit. I've seen some shit. I've done hard stuff before. I'm gonna use those skills to grow. So where do you wanna orient yourself in that context? Who here wants to orient themselves to get a result no matter what life goes your way? Because if we're really honest, life's gonna throw stuff your way whether you want to or not. Okay. So that's the context

that we're stepping into. Okay? So the thing to understand about trauma informed is that when we're doing a healing journey, which we're not doing really a healing journey right now, we're talking about leveling up. Okay? When we do a healing journey, healing is about validation of whatever a part of you or whatever experience you went through. Right? So when we're healing, we're going, oh, we're tapping into a a part of us that might be younger that's holding

trauma. Right? And then it's like, oh my god. From that perspective, it makes so much sense. Right? From that perspective, it makes so much sense. But the problem is is that if we get stuck in that, we can't get into performance. Right? So we have to have a blend of validation, but we gotta who here's ever done or heard of inner child work? Anybody? It's pretty popular

these days. Okay? So when we think about doing inner child work, the problem with that is, if that's all we do is, you kind of let the inmates run the asylum. Because if you think about it, your inner children, the younger parts of you, those are the parts that are sort of immature, traumatized, and reactive. Okay? There's a reason why in your prefrontal cortex, right,

which is right here, the brain, front part of the brain. The reason why in the prefrontal cortex is called executive function, chief executive officers, because if we're gonna do inner child work or inner trauma work, we also have to do inner adult work or strengthen the parts of us that have the best capacity for reasoning. And so what we're doing here is less about validating the trauma and more about ambitiously leveling up

without repeating what happened to you. But we wanna grow that inner resource that has strength, that makes decisions, and says, you know what? I'm the cycle is stopping now. I'm not gonna be stuck in a cycle of procrastination anymore. There's a part of me that's, you know, wants to procrastinate, that feels overwhelmed, that doesn't know what to do. I love that part. That part's not the CEO. I'm the CEO of my business now. We wanna anchor in, strength. We wanna anchor in

inner regulation. We wanna anchor in that entrepreneurial nervous system who follows. This makes sense? So healing is about validation, and performance is about leveling up and making sure that the wisest part of you are in charge in making decisions and knowing how to navigate pressure that the younger parts of you

have no capacity to navigate. Because if you think about it, if we have inner children that are zero to 10 years old, right, or maybe even, you know, inner teenagers, right, they couldn't handle the pressure that you might be under to level up your business. That's not a child's job. But you're the grown ass adult now. It's our job who follows. This makes sense? So trauma informed does not mean lingering in feelings and validating

emotion only. Okay? It also means let's level up and know how to navigate pressure in a way that helps us level up and not get stuck in our emotions and put the wisest parts of us in charge that are alive and well today. Okay? So it's important to recognize that.
