We're gonna be diving in today on how to embody your next level life. We want to get to that next level. And so who here feels like you have a hard time when it comes to actual embodiment, meaning you cognitively understand. But the results have a hard time showing up in your life. If that's you just comment, yes, or raise your hand or say, let me just know that we're here. Because that is the thing is that we can cognitively understand
something. But we want to get to a level of embodiment where your behavior matches what you say that you want. So if you want to look at what you actually understand, look at your behavior because your behavior and that's true, by the way, not just for you, that's true for the people in your life, too. Right? People can be saying all kinds of stuff, but we need the behavior to match what they're saying, right? And we need you to get to that place to that's
called congruence. Okay? So that's what we're going to be talking about today is how to be congruent, and really how to get to the next level. And so we're gonna help you learn how to put an end to lone wolf at it and doing it alone. I feel like this is my moment. It's like, I'm not a preacher. But if I was, this would be my version of it. Like when you say like, all right, Jesus, I give you my life or
something like that, right? Or you know, something, some some type of conversion moment, here's my conversion moment for you. Who here's willing to admit that until now, you've been a lone wolf, who hears ready to resocialize and come back into the grid. Let me see by show of hands, that is a huge deal. That's my that's how I convert people, right? You can believe whatever you want, spiritually, religiously, like getting you back into CO regulation. And out of lone wolf, it is my ministry.
100% That is my ministry. And that is what I care about doing. So welcome back to human kind. Welcome back to groups, welcome back to community, it's really exciting that you're here. Maybe you've been throwing stuff against the wall, hoping that it
sticks. You have not been connecting all the dots or trying to get all these different practitioners to help you connect all the dots, but they don't really understand you spend more time educating the people are supposed to help you than actually having them actually help you in a holistic way. Okay, what's next level for you? So Candace says to more clients, is it weight loss? Is it a health outcome? Is there a business outcome, a financial outcome? Or relationship
outcome? A healing outcome? What is the next level for you? Is it a six figure business? Is it meeting the love of your life? Is it what is it? Let's be specific. So more clients? How many more Amy? Right. Feeling expansive when I think about my business going forward. So what was your business going full? Like, what does that mean? How many more people? Right? What does that mean for you? Weight loss? Okay, it lets me my love. Beautiful. So how much weight 20 to $30,000 months by the end of
2023. Coming in with that smart goal loving building the business being seen on social every day to promote my business? 10 clients a week? I want it to be specific. Not vague. Okay. So try to make it specific and measurable. We had Jazlyn say weight loss, which is beautiful, but like how much do you wanna lose? One pound? Two pounds? Five pounds? Like, how many pounds do you want to lose? Right? Let's try to make it more specific. Okay, so 20 kilograms. Pardon me for being Imperial.
Okay, great. So 20 kilograms, okay. So, make it more specific in the chat. Okay. Now, as you make it more specific, what happens in your body? What are you noticing? anybody noticing resistance? or confusion? Right? Who feels that in your body? Let me see by show of hands. Okay. See, we like to keep things very vague, right? Keep i By the way, there's like, I feel like Deepak Chopra is the king of this,
right? Like, let us aligned with our non local consciousness so that we may spread awareness to live our truest potential, like, What are you talking about? I love you Deepak. But like, Come on, man. Like, say something grounded. Right? So what we want to understand is we want to be specific, right? We ask people all the time, what do you want to do? I want to manifest my authentic power, so that I can reach the next level of abundance and experience cosmic love and you're like, so you
want to hug? Like, what are you saying to me? Right? We want it to be specific. Okay, can you be specific? And can you notice the resistance? You have to being specific? Are you with me on that? Can you be specific? There we go. 10 clients per week, two retreats per year in nature for 12 people to group programs for six months and 20 people income of 60,000 euros or pounds. Okay. Let's get specific. Now. Let me ask you a question. Okay. What has been stopping you from getting to your next level
practically now? Don't you tell me trauma right now? Practically, has it been? I haven't been implementing the steps that you take in my business that I know I need to take is it financial thing? Is it maybe someone in your life who's negative? Is it not knowing what to do? Okay, what has been practically reached helping you not get the next level? Yeah, what's been stopping you? Right specifically in your environment? What might it be? Is it like how cold it is? Is it because it's great all
the time. Right? Can you be specific about what you think is stopping you? Okay? When I brought a set of 6000 10,000 consistent income from my business per month I love that burnout, overwhelming fear tired all the time, energy levels and panic attack energy. Okay, lots of energy issues, trying to do all by myself hiding distracting from doing these things. Okay, great renovations that office space tried to remind myself trying to be perfect for the family. Okay, so let me ask you
a question. When you think about the things that have been stopping you, okay. And holding you back, how long? Have they been stopping you? How long? Over a decade? Okay, that's honest. Thank you for being honest. 20 to 30 years, six months, a year, a few months, myself. And I've been doing this for five years. Okay, so apart someone's parts are speaking that's great. 20 years, two years. Okay, who here feels like you have been at this level, and resistance for too long. This is
taking too long. It's too expensive. Whether it's locked down, shut down, pandemic, whatever it might be whatever has been holding you back. Who here feels like you've been in this stuckness for too long? Let me see by show of hands or say yes. Just so I know that you're with me. All right. Now, what I want to share with you practically first is to reduce overwhelm. The most important thing is to focus on taking just the next step. When we start thinking about all the stuff we
want to accomplish. We think about these big goals, these big dreams, all these big visions, and we all want big visions, we have big goals, we set some big goals here in the comments, okay. And when you think about all the stuff that has to happen, it can feel overwhelming, who follows this makes sense. Okay, so what we want to focus on is just the next step, okay? The first step for many of you, I would suggest probably all of us is support.
So when you think about getting to the next level, I want you to understand that if you're thinking about and conceptualizing all these plans, in the context of doing it by yourself, that is the error we want to correct. The first thing we want to do to reduce overwhelm is take the next step. And for many of us, the next step is getting support, whether it's with us or somebody else who follows this make sense. I don't want you to think about any of this challenge or whatever to share with you
today. In the context of the lone wolf on your own. Okay, I want you to think about it in the context of support, because that is so very important, and so very vital. Okay. Now, who here feels like you're getting that you understand that there's trauma and trauma responses? Right. So there's somebody that you went through, and there's a trauma response, right. And I feel like in the last few years, this has become more and more aware, this awareness has grown online. And now we have a more
educated group of people. That is not saying like, Oh, my God, I don't know why I'm procrastinating. Now they're saying, Oh, my God, I'm procrastinating because of my trauma. But they're still procrastinating, who falls asleep since we used to say, I don't know why I'm feeling so overwhelmed. Now we say, Oh, my God, this must be a trauma response. I'm so overwhelmed.
But we're not taking action. So all we've done in the last couple of years is done an important step, we've upgraded our awareness to realize, hmm, maybe what's causing this dysregulation is trauma. But by the way, saying that is important, but I can't tell you how many people I see, the net result is still the same. Because they're just saying my overwhelm was a trauma response, or my procrastination is a travel response, whilst still
procrastinating. It's not like identifying something as a trauma response, magically makes it disappear, and follows this makes sense. Okay, who here feels like you may have been guilty of this on some level, like, Oh, my God, I just, it's my trauma, you understand? And now we're having all these conversations of all should that happen to us, which is so
important. But if we look at Post Traumatic Growth, getting to the next level, talking about what's blocking you as a trauma response, while staying stuck, ends up having the same effect is not knowing if it's trauma or not, you're still stuck. We want to get you out of stuck. And here's how we do it. Okay, so this is the this is a behavioral root cause, okay, we have traumatic injury here. Okay, here's my trauma. And then we have our trauma response. And this is what most people spend
their time talking about. I had my trauma, a traumatic injury, and this procrastination is my trauma response. Does that make sense? Okay, what we want to improve is the relationship between these two things. So the actual issue is the relationship between your trauma and your trauma response. Now, we need to know these things. We need to know what happened to you, because guess what, the next level will still have overwhelmed the next level. We'll still have procrastinate.
nation. But what's simple is to focus on with support, improving your relationship with your trauma response. So what this means is you think you have to work on procrastination, you think you have to work on overwhelm. You think you have to work on self doubt or confidence issues know what you got to work on y'all is, hear me now, what you get to work on? Is your relationship to procrastination, your relationship to overwhelm your relationship to self
doubts? Because some people will say, I can't, I want to do this without feeling afraid, then don't try to grow. I want to do this without feeling overwhelmed and stop trying to do it efficiently and fast. I want to do it without procrastinating. No, I want to do it with a better relationship to overwhelm or fear or procrastination or anxiety, who follows this makes sense. And so that is what it means on such a deep level to
get off of trauma Island. Okay, you're doing it on your own and just identifying trauma, trauma response, trauma, trauma response is not helping you if it's keeping you stuck. We want to help you understand the trauma, the trauma response and then improve the relationship between those things to help you move forward.
