Believe it or not though, dealing with others' negative opinions has nothing to do with what those people think and everything to do with how you perceive their opinions. In this episode, we discuss dealing with haters (or negative opinions of those who actually love you is), and how we can rewire ourselves to avoid being affected by their judgement.
