For this week's short, we head deep into the rickhouses and distilleries to explore another bourbon that was nearly forgotten about. When rare whiskies or bourbons are lost, Diageo helps get them back to their intended place with their Orphan Barrel series. The newest release in the Orphan Barrel series is Fanged Pursuit Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. This bourbon is aged 17 years and has a "variable" mashbill of 68%-74% corn, 19%-22% rye, and 19% malted barley. So how does this one taste? Could this be one of the best Orphan Barrels ever?
