E237 - Crittenden Distillery Bourbon & Rye

Mississippi bourbon and rye? Really? The answer is yes. For this week, a listener (Walker) was kind enough to send us two single barrel selections from the Crittenden Distillery in Kiln, Mississippi. With roots of the distillery dating all the back to 2016, you could imagine our surprise when we saw two 7 year cask strength products (bourbon and rye) that were distilled, aged, and bottled by this up and coming whiskey producer. in the midst of tasting. and reviewing this whiskey, Steven and Kenny got in a argument about friend chicken and much hilarity ensued.
