The Railbird Music Festival in Lexington, Kentucky debuted in 2019 and has quickly become one of the most anticipated annual events for lovers of music and bourbon alike. After some hiccups and extremely hot weather in 2022 left concert goers bewildered, this years version of Railbird looks like it could be the best yet. For this week, we got our hands on one of the many single barrel picks that will be available exclusively at this year's festival compliments of the good folks at Justin's House of Bourbon. The Penelope Architect bourbon series features different mashbills and a variety of french oak finishing options. You'll get to hear about how this Railbird pick of Penelope Architect came to be from one of the people who helped select it. Even though the original mashers are still on hiatus, Kenny and Caleb are back along with Anthony to talk about a variety of topics including what you can expect at this year's festival and what we think of this Penelope pick.
