Our words are very powerful and we should never be flippant with the way we talk. Some people have problems with the things that they confess over themselves and continuously sabotage themselves by speaking words of doubt and unbelief. The fix to this issue is not just changing what you say, but firstly changing what you put inside of your heart. The bible states that "the mouth speaks what the heart is full of" (Luke 6:45), so if we would like to stop speaking wrongly and start confessing God's word, we should fill ourselves with that.
