Episode description

OUR EPISODE WITH D.A.D.S MARKS THE START OF SEASON 3! THIS MONTH WE ARE HIGHLIGHTING NON PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS THAT ARE UPLIFTING OUR COMMUNITY IN SEATTLE, WA WHERE OUR SHOW IS PRODUCED.   Meet Marvin and Jeanett Charles, founders of DADS, that started in their living room in 1998. DADS stands for Divine Alternatives for Dads Services. They wanted to apply the lessons they had learned during their own recovery and the rough period when they put their family back together. They had been homeless, unemployed addicts with a 'sketchy' life of those who operated beyond the boundaries of the formal economy. Today they have two locations and are a thriving non profit group helping their community. Jeantt and Charles, thank you for sharing your powerful story. Please visit their website to learn more or contact them.    If you liked this episode, please like, share or follow us from your preferred streaming platform. We hope to inspire more people by sharing these stories. We appreciate your viewership! -The Team at TMHS
