Hello, Patrick Condren here. Thanks for listening to the first five episodes of The Man Behind the Rose. I certainly hope you've enjoyed the journey as much as I've enjoyed creating it. Unfortunately, the final episode has been delayed. As you know, Gordon was diagnosed with stage four kidney cancer shortly before his fourteen year sentence came to an end. During the recording of the podcast, he has undergone three immunotherapy treatments, and while he was initially side effect free,
that is no longer the case. Following the latest round, his health took a bit of a knock and he's unable to travel to record the final installment of his story. He's asked that we give him time to recover from the final treatment before we sit down with him, as well as Lisa and Andrew for a look into the future. Thanks for your patience. Yay
