Episode description

Peter Levenda's life is a remarkable tapestry of diverse experiences that have shaped his career as an author and researcher. Born in the Bronx, New York, he has lived and traveled extensively across the United States and the world.

Throughout his life, Levenda has ventured into unusual and often challenging environments. His research for "Unholy Alliance" led to his brief detainment at the notorious Nazi sanctuary and interrogation center, Colonia Dignidad, in Chile. He has also been a prominent expert on television programs, sharing insights on Nazi Germany and esoteric worldviews.

Levenda's life story is punctuated by a wide array of adventures, including visits to Chinese prisons, Buddhist temples, Muslim boarding schools in Indonesia, and former KGB headquarters in Moscow. He has conducted interviews with an eclectic range of individuals, from Nazis and occultists to CIA officers and Islamic terrorists. His experiences extend to being held at gunpoint in Latin America and even gate-crashing Senator Robert F. Kennedy's funeral at the age of seventeen.
