Welcome to an education packed episode where we explore the 5 stages of behavioral change so you can navigate your clients to break habits and build new ones that actually last.


In this episode I give one strategy for each of the stages of behavior changes that you can use ASAP to get your clients from Stage 1 all the way to Stage 5!


Here are the stages we cover in today's episode so you can easily follow along:

  1. Pre-contemplation: Here, your client might not see the need for change

  2. Contemplation: The client knows change is needed but is perched on the fence of action.

  3. Preparation: They're ready!

  4. Action: The most exhilarating stage where change happens.

  5. Maintenance: The hard work is done, and now it's about embedding these changes into the fabric of their life.
