In this episode I give one strategy for each of the stages of behavior changes that you can use ASAP to get your clients from Stage 1 all the way to Stage 5!
Here are the stages we cover in today's episode so you can easily follow along:
Pre-contemplation: Here, your client might not see the need for change
Contemplation: The client knows change is needed but is perched on the fence of action.
Preparation: They're ready!
Action: The most exhilarating stage where change happens.
Maintenance: The hard work is done, and now it's about embedding these changes into the fabric of their life.
